Incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional company. Took them over 4 months to attempt to fix damage from a leak and I had to call them every step of the way to ask a technician to come help out for the next step. One technician arrived under the influence and admitted he'd been drinking before coming to the job. At the final restoration step, a technician came out to take an estimate then realized they weren't able to complete the job and promptly tried to collect payment for the shotty job. They have no problem proactively contacting/harassing you to pay them, wish they put that much

My basement got flooded after a late spring freeze. We called 24/7 Flood Response and the next day a technician (Tim G.) came to give us a quote for the drying phase. We hired him right away as he was available right then and his quote was reasonable. He originally thought it would take 3 days to dry but it took 5. In the end, he only charged us for his original quote of 3 days of equipment and labor. He went above and beyond to help us get it ready for the remodel. Highly recommend Tim and 24/7 Flood Response. 24/7 was referred by my plumber after a backup. An estimator called me with what was an apparently negotiable "estimate". The work came in well under the estimate, as It was a small basement. So I was surprised when a single line invoice came in for exactly the estimated amount. I called and asked for itemization based upon their published rates. Which they provided. But Comparing the invoice to their published rates clearly showed inconsistencies. I pointed this to their billing person. I can not say enough about the response and support I got from 24/7 Flood Response in general and London, Tim and Jodie specifically. My bathroom, bedroom and basement flooded after a mishap in tub. The whole team responded really quickly, fixing a water mistake my tenant made and getting things started within a couple hours of my initial call. The receptionist was also very friend and prompt to get back to us.
We did our due diligence to shop around to view different scopes of work , but for our scope, 24/7 Flood Response was the best fit.They are also readily available...this is a big deal especially if you on are a short time frame. Weekends, after work schedule etc...they are ready.

After a small flood in my bathroom, 24/7 Flood Response not only helped restore my townhome, but also my sanity. Jesse was out the next day and kept me informed and updated throughout the process. I should start out saying that this company was recommended to me from two trusted people I know, one in real estate and the other who flips houses (both of whom will also no longer be using this company) as a company who can deal with mold issues. We had a pipe that leaked and the plumber thought he saw some mold so we wanted to deal with that immediately. It should be noted that this property was a rental unit and I along with my husband am the owner. The company was very quick

Upon discovering that our kitchen sink line had cracked in our crawl space our great plumber - 5 Star Plumbing - referred us to 24/7 Flood Response. Very happy they did! Jesse Gayton led the team from 24/7 in a massive cleanup of over 500 gallons of liquid and food waste in a timely fashion. I was amazed at the commitment, professionalism and… service with a smile he provided while working in some of the most trying conditions I've ever seen. Our experience with 24/7 Flood Response was amazing! We had an outside faucet freeze and didn't find out about it until after 3 days of the swamp cooler running ! The crawl space was flooded and we were freaking out. Within an hour of our call Vincent came out to evaluate the situation, gave us a quote and began the process of removing the water. Follow up visits to check on the progress of emptying the water and then setting up dehumidifiers, and finally removing debris from the space. All techs were so nice and knew what they were doing. They worked with me very well on times to come

It's never a good day when there is a leak especially on the weekend. Fortunately this company was beyond any of my expectations. Jesse Gayton was the certified technician to come and mitigate the leak on our house. We are currently in the moving process of our first and new home dealing with a leak from the roof on a contractors mistake. It was a frustrating day but Jesse and his company made a bad day good. This company spent 5 days trying to dry my carpet. I asked from day 1 that if the carpet could not be dried and left odor free then I preferred to remove the carpet. They pulled their equipment without a… final walk thru, charged my card without providing me an invoice and now have threatened to LIEN MY PROPERTY if I don't pay them $800, a supposed discount from the original jacked up $1100. I was left with wet stinky carpet and am fighting them on top of it. THE WORST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER.

We really appreciated the professional and quick response from the woman we spoke to on the phone about the mold situation we found behind the faucet in our shower. Unfortunately, things went down hill from there. To sum it up, not a premium job done for a premium price paid. If you have baby gates up or carpets that you don't want damaged, this is not your contractor.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and help I received from Scott, the young man who came to our house. I used limited service from the company, because the price was very high. But Scott, was so helpful with advice and he had a good work ethic. I could tell he was not lazy, but was fast and thorough and did not waste any time.
