I was easily able to make an appointment online which was extremely convenient. I received an email confirmation and text right after as well! We got a text when our technician was on the way along with a phone call from our tech which was helpful so we could herd our dogs outside.
Niles, our technician, walked through the house to count the number of vents and we had a price upfront! It took about 4 hours to do all our vents and dryer vent. We were able to pay by CC which made it super easy.
He showed us before and after pictures and recommended we get this done every 5 years since we have pets
