We have had Service Restoration to our home a couple of times for various renovations over the past few years. Todd is very professional and personal at the same time. Very disappointed with the team. Communication between lead contractor and on-site teams was poor. Installed toilet poorly, took 3 different plumbers to come out to our house to fix. Drywall and taping in the bathroom turned out horrible. Painters got paint all over our bathroom mirror (why didn't they take the mirror out while painting?). During final walkthrough with lead contract, we pointed out several items that needed touch ups such as the bathroom drywall and taping, also asked them to pick up their garbage that they left in our garage. So I am gonna leave my experience for people to see and hear about because it's been nothing but a nightmare from He++ , I'm gonna say one star because a few of the ladies and gentlemen that came to our home were respectful and nice. It all started at the end of April kitchen fire happened our insurance company mentioned this business . So we have never had a fire before and decided why not let's go with this company . BIG MISTAKE . BIG . All they really did was remove trim from our window that didn't need to be removed . Megan never even asked us before she just went ahead

I can't recommend Service Restoration enough if you're experiencing problems with flood or water damage. They have assisted us through 2 separate instances of water damage issues.
They are very consistent and concerned with what's best for their customers. It's obvious with how they ensure you receive your entitled benefits from the insurance company and so on. Highly recommend!

Horrible horrible company!! These guys commit insurance fraud. What was a $1,000 job turned into a $20,000 job because of the damage that they caused. What was a small job of drying out some carpet turned into new trim, paint and carpet because of their negligent employee. They will cause more damage to increase your insurance claim- even if you didn't want to submit it to insurance. They continuously comment- "your insurance will cover it" even the damage they caused. If your bill isn't high enough they will get it over your deductible (and cause more damage to get it there

We were referred to Service Restoration by our heating service company to do the emergency cleanup of the water damage we incurred in our basement. Todd and his crew were extremely professional and efficient and kept us abreast of all that they were doing every step of the way. We also hired them to do the rebuild/restoration of our basement. They did a fabulous job and quickly and efficiently restored our basement to its original condition. A+ SERVICE!! Ray and his team are top-notch. We called Service Restoration to assess some water damage. Ray came to my home quickly (within an hour of my call) and assessed the situation. They came into our home and treated it as if it was their own. The damage assessment, clean up and repair of the affected areas were done promptly and professionally. Ray and his crew were very pleasant to deal with, professional and on time. Very satisfied with the service and quality of work at a reasonable cost. On the evening of December 25th 2021, our families had gotten together and at about 8pm it was noticed that the lower level of my parents’ house had very wet carpeting. After quickly assessing the cause of a lot of water, we shut off the main line into the house and began cleaning up with wet/dry vacs and moving a lot of items to an area that the water had not spread to.
Once we figured that the amount of water was too much, we contacted our insurance company (State Farm) and they pointed us to Service Restoration. Service Restoration had someone at the house Christmas Day night about 10:30

Not a very professional crew. The sheetrock and painting crew that came out did an amateur job at best and even after coming back out, the job was terrible. Delays were constant and way over the determined time line. They do not clean up either and leave a mess. Not impressed. These are some of the Finished pics!

Service restoration tries to make you agree to a "contract" without giving you a cost. In about 45 minutes of listening to the "salesman's" drivel I fired him from the job. He told me the job would be $1850. When I told him that would be fine, then he said "well, it turns out, I accidentally undercharged you. I should have charged you 3 times that, but I'm going to try really hard to keep it at the $1850... but you never know..."
He opened a wall and then told me "Whoa! This is AT LEAST an $8000 job!

This business says online it is open 24/7. They claim to be, and told me they can be to my house on a Saturday but they DIDN'T tell me they'll charge 'after hours' rates for doing so. When asking for an explanation and why I wasn't informed of the 'after hours' rates on the phone (had I been told, I would've told them to come Monday during business hours) I was told "I have to pay my guys, if you worked weekends wouldn't you expect overtime pay? I thought this was going to insurance so why would I explain after hours work to you?" Um what
