This was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. They got me into a vehicle quickly but it turned out to be absolute garbage! They took advantage of me by trying to put this vehicle off on me. When I brought it back the salesman said he could get me in something better so I waited 3 hours for another loan and then at the last minute when the approval for financing came in,the owner called and said not to sell it to me. Then the next morning said they wanted to sell it to me now. This place is horrible and they sell trash and try to take advantage of people. Very shady people. Don’t

The absolute most friendly experience. It really means something when your salesman doesn’t act like a salesman but more like a friend and is actually knowledgeable about what they are selling. I wasn't hassled into a buy. I actually felt like they carried about what I was looking for and not just making another sell. Unbelievably happy with them and we will be back. I’m telling everyone i know looking for a car to go to 10K!!!! Bless you guys!

If I could give more than 5 stars to 10K Auto I definitely would. From the fist contact to driving my car off of the lot everyone was professional and very kind. One of the best things about buying a car at 10K is they aren't pushy salesmen like other dealerships. I was very leery to purchase a car from a used car dealership in SC due to prior experiences with the buy here/pay here dealers, but this is NOT one of them. The cars are priced appropriately, the sales team is very friendly and helpful, and their on site mechanic will review the car with you. We purchased a replacement car for my daughter and are very pleased with their service and auto.

I was looking on Facebook marketplace, and came across 10 K autos. I contacted (through fb messenger) them regarding a vehicle I had seen. Yesterday when I got there at 6:30 the staff was busy with customers,but that was OK a looked around the lot and I saw three vehicles I was really really interested in. So I went back today ,and test drove a 2018 Ford Fusion hybrid. I sat down with the owner Pete , He was able to work on the finances so that it was affordable for my family.
