Awesome experience today, buying my husband's new K5. What a pleasure to deal David, a genuinely honest and upfront guy, after months of dealing with shady characters at the other local dealerships! ZERO hard-sale techniques, just here's what we'd like, here's what we can do...done! Then Shane in the final financing stage, a really patient and warm person who took the time to help us understand an issue that ended up saving us a bunch of money in the end. This was a wonderful and surprising experience, and we will be back for our next car without question.

Originally, as we were waiting for the financial manager (who is very nice), Sunday afternoon, we started a review, giving two stars. We were called back to sign documents and didn't explain the rating. Frankly, we forgot to come back to it. I received a call from the Sales Manager moments ago thanking me for the review (sarcastically), I hesitantly said, "you're welcome?" He continued to say, "thank you for the review and we hope to never see you again." and then hung up. Taken back, I immediately returned his call, wanting to make sure I heard what I heard. I questioned him and continued to question

Sales guy Chad was, as we young folks say, a total Chad. It was quick, painless, and he was unbelievably helpful. Best sales experience ever.
The detail department, however, were sloppy. Lots of leftover shipping tape and plastic left on the inside, and smudges on the inside and windows. It almost looks like they didn't touch it at all.
None of that has anything to do with Chad or his service, which was fantastic. 10 out of 10, would recommend Chad.
Would not recommend the detailers. I'll just take it to the car wash next door.

Chad, my salesman, was amazing. He was patient and helpful. He was pleasant and extra patient when it came to my 2 year old. The loan manager or whatever Shane is was great as well. He was patient as well with my daughter and he made signing the paperwork quick and easy. Every employee we came in contact with was super friendly. I love the car, love the place and love the people. 10/10 would recommend

This had to be the easiest and fastest experience of buying a car. I shopped around and found that other dealers in the area were selling the same cars for $4-6k more than this location, I came in with no expectations and left with a new vehicle and no regrets. I would most definitely recommend this location.

Update: I had to bring my car in because I kept hearing a rattle in the driver side speaker (or so I thought) along with 2 other issues. They told me to ask for Jordan and his service was wonderful. Josh was my technician and he was outstanding! He listened to all my complaints and even after finding the issue allowed me to test for myself to make sure. He was very patient and accommodating. These 2 being on the team is a bonus for Kia.
Tyler was a great help in my car search. I came in knowing what I wanted to look at and he was more than happy to show me every option they had in the car. Tyler

Special thank you to Adam Perez and Lee Kia of Greenville!! Car shopping is not fun when you 'have' to do it. We loved our 2013 Soul with 140+K miles. The Green Alien was amazing. Regular maintenance, oil changes, brakes, etc and she was always ready to ride. After some research and our previous experience, we knew we had to trust Lee Kia on our 2nd vehicle purchase. We love our new Kia Soul GT. We would definitely recommend the car, the dealership and 'the sales guy', Adam. 100% Customer Satisfaction!!

I can honestly say I'm so happy I chose this place to get my car. Russell spotted me coming in and walked to the car as I parked far side of the lot. He made sure I was able to get the car I wanted. I understood my position but they accepted my negotiation. Although I knew I could've gotten it a tad cheaper I bit the bait after 2 price drops. I'm building credit and I got the car I wanted, at the exact payment I said I did not want to go over!!! I just cannot complain! Thanks so much for being the highlight of 2021 for me!!
