Dooley Brothers Tree

We needed trees removed and stump grinding in our backyard. Dooley Brother Tree was responsive from the my original inquiry to job completion. The team was friendly, thorough, and cleaned up well after job was done. The billing process was modern, even sending a video of what job is being performed in the bid. Dooley Brothers Tree was referred to me by a neighbor, and I am glad they were. I would recommend this company for tree service.

Very thorough job. Anthony was responsive. I asked for extra protection of my yard and landscaping and they did just that. They even took time to replace and deeply set my border rocks they had moved to avoid breaking them. Will use again.

When it was all said and done. I was extremely happy with the pricing and work that was completed. I will be using them for any other tree needs I have as well as recommending them to anyone I know with tree headaches or just someone wanting maintenance to trees on their property. They did a wonderful job trimming our sycamore trees. They cleaned up the mess. Made sure we were happy with the job. Very reasonable. Very nice and polite crew. Will definitely use them again for the backyard and will gladly refer to anyone .

The crew was friendly and worked promptly. They did a nice job on the pruning of our large oak and black gum trees. They also removed an infested ash tree and ground the stump. Detracting from the good pruning work, however, was greater-than-expected damage to my yard on one side of the house and in the back yard. The team used pads for the equipment on one side of the house but not on the other and there are some big track ruts that will have to be repaired / sodded. We were very pleased with them. We had three large trees removed that were located very close to our home. We were empressed with the skill and professionalism shown in removing those trees.

Their services have a 5-7 week wait time which I was notified after placing my non-refundable deposit. If I had known the wait time beforehand, I would have looked elsewhere. I ended up using another service that was able to remove my tree/branches in a week for a similar price. Dooley Brothers offer competitive pricing, but they have a long wait time and will not refund your deposit per-contract.

They never showed up after saying twice that they would. I have a signed contract. No call was ever given why.

From the time Anthony came to give a quote, to the crew that came and cut down the tree, everyone was respectful and professional the whole time. They made sure my yard was left clean and not torn up from taking the tree out. They were quick and efficient while taking the tree down. They did have an accident but were polite on handling the accident and was resolved quickly. I was impressed with them from the time I got the quote, to the time they left my property. They were also by far the most professional company I had come out to give me a quote and I am very happy I went with them.

I can't say enough about Anthony's team. They are incredibly professional and have been absolutely amazing. We had 6 trees taken between 4 homeowners in our backyards. The pricing may seem high at first but when they take the time to lay down mats for their truck, take every precaution so nothing (including themselves) are harmed, and rake up all the twigs and branches before they leave, it's all worth it. They're also insured so you don't have to worry about anything happening.

Dooley Brothers just finished removing a very large tree for me. It was in a terrible spot and had become a threat to my home, as well as my neighbors. They arrived when they said they said would. Plenty of manpower as well as machine power. It was amazing to watch how quickly and safely they got the tree down and all the clean up afterwards as well. Courteous, Conscientious and very Professional. There confidence in what they do was obvious. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others needing tree work.

Had a tree come down in the high winds that was leaning on a fence. They provided expedited service and were able to get the tree taken care of without causing any damage. I would highly recommend Dooley Brothers and will be using them in the future.

Responded to my emails quickly. Showed up to work early, did a great job, and acted professionally.

I called for a quote but didn't receive an email for over a month. The job was quoted to raise the canopy and properly thin a large maple tree, to remove dead branches and generally prune. I cannot find any evidence of raising the canopy or thinning. They were here working on 4 trees for an hour and I could have cut off the 6 low branches they removed and saved myself $980 dollars. When I emailed my frustration, they assured me the team did good work and that they did what they promised to do. I will never call them again.

I'm not sure how well they can cut trees, however they drive like a$$holes and pick on teenagers.

Have made several attempts to have them respond to request. After getting a response and then setting up a day to view the job for a quote, as of today we have had no response to reschedule or offer a quote. They may do great work but I can't say either way. In a day when there is so many ways to touch base....pretty sad. Bummed.
