I had called 2 other vendors referred by my neighbors. First one was non-responsive and flaky with appts, second one wanted me to find my own cameras and equipment and they would install them. I actually found AZ CCTV recommended by my peers on the NextDoor App.
Thank goodness! What a pleasant experience working with Chris and John. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Initial on site meeting was to preview home and get a feel for our desired scope. They came up with better recommendations to meet our needs. We are thrilled with the products, the install is very tidy and professional

They installed cat6 cable into our ceilings for a new security camera system we purchased. I was happy that they were able to come out on a Saturday, and they got it done and checked their work thoroughly with no fuss. The costs were reasonable.

I worked with Chris to have new security cameras set up, after using another company that was unreliable and had issues with the system. Chris was very responsive with calls and/or text messages. He and another person replaced 4 cameras and installed 2 additional cameras for our home. The quality is much better than the other cameras we had, and when I needed the cameras adjusted and Chris wasn't available, they got someone out right away. The response and reliability of AZ CCTV is great!

Sadly, I gave this rating because of no response at all. I called to get a consultation of cameras installed at my home, a large reason I picked them was the outstanding reviews on here. I spoke to a gentleman, gave all my info, name address phone etc... I was told he had to talk to another person and would call me back either that day or the next and have someone at my home for the consultation in 2-3 days. Today is day number 10 and I havent heard a word from them. One cant help but question the previous reviews when this happens. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Tom, Chris, Tym have been very professional from the beginning. From the initial quote to scheduling and performing the job. They wore masks during the install, went over operations of the system. If I had a concern they responded quickly via email and addresses whatever concerns I had.
