This company was the easiest to work with. They always showed up when they said they would and we love our fence. The prices were comparable to all other bids we received, but when we called to ask questions or get more information they were right there to answer all. We had these guys do our white picket fence several years ago. At the time, we felt frustrated because of how little of communication came from them and how long it took. I received a couple of quotes from other company’s to install a vinyl fence around my yard, All American Vinyl’s quote was the best, especially for the quality of fence that they install! Waiting times were long, due to no fault of their own. Communication was great, we’d call to check on our status and the front desk was always kind and able to answer all of our questions. Once they got around to actually installing, the fence was great.
There is zero effort from All American Vinyl to communicate with their customers or provide any update until they decide they're ready to do anything. We know fence companies are busy, especially with Covid and especially during the summer, but we paid our deposit on May 12, 2021 were told 8-10 weeks, and then proceeded to call weekly to inquire about an install date. If they ever actually even answer the phone, their answer is always, "you're on the schedule," which we believe means, "we have no idea, but we have half your money

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They will take your money and never talk to you. What did I pay for? I put half down for my fence when my kids were still in school back in the spring. Here we are, fall time and I still have no fence. There is little to no communication from them. They did call me 2 weeks ago and said it would happen that week. Blue Stakes came out and marked and they never showed up. I had to be the one to call and follow up and was told a job took longer than expected but they would be there the next day. We got 5 quotes and All American Vinyl was the best. We got rid of the chain link between the neighbors and us and added a divider section to create an RV strip not visible from within the backyard. Great quality. Professional and quality installation. Finished product looks great. In the picture showing the RV strip the fence at the back end is an older section. Thanks for the great job!

I was introduced to All American Vinyl by some neighbors who wanted to lower cost by including multiple homes. After getting the quote we were excited because the cost was much lower than I had been previously quoted... by a mile.
We accepted and had our fencing installed. First, the quality of work is great! I have zero complaints. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to the lack of communication we received, or didn't receive. After measuring, no calls, for weeks, until I finally called back. After paying initial deposit, no calls, until I called to find out when the installation would begin

We had such a fantastic experience with All American Vinyl!
They were *thousands* cheaper than the other bids we got & did fantastic work. They also guarantee their work with a warranty, so that gives peace of mind.
As others mentioned, there was a bit of a wait because there's a shortage of supplies & high demand in Utah. I don't think the long waiting period was specific to them... our other bids said they'd take at least 8-12 weeks to start.
The time frame they gave us was completely accurate (when they would start, how long it'd take). I had no delays. The guys installing it were super friendly

All American Vinyl was a great company to work with. Even during these crazy times of Covid-19 they were able to install my fence. Sure, I had to wait longer but I would have had this problem no matter what company I went through. The fence turned out VERY well and better than what we expected. Their price was better than any of the other quotes I received with the same quality of vinyl fence that I know my neighbors paid more for. I would recommend them!
