Pay attention to the other 1 star reviews, I wish I had. Absolutely terrible. You have to call them to make anything happen, get details or updates. They don't show up when they say they will or do show up when you don't expect them. Our start date was constantly delayed. My concerns fell on deaf ears, posts weren't placed where I wanted them to be. My yard is an absolute mess, and gates stopped working after a week and I can't get anyone to come out and fix them. Horrible way to treat customers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR FENCING SPECIALISTS! The gates are terribly built! I called and the owner came out and said that they would fix them on Monday, that he knew exactly what they had done incorrectly. No one came on Monday! I have called two more times and can’t get anyone to listen, probably waiting for warranty to expire! I bought the fence with my neighbor and they have the same gate issues!

Go with someone else! We have not had a good experience with the Lindon Fence Specialist. We have tried to be understanding but our experience has been nothing but stressful. We ordered our fence in a beige color and the installers put in a brown color. They then installed the right color fence but didn't place the posts in the correct place. When attaching the panels to the (now set) posts, the installer pulled on the post to get the panels to fit. Now we have a crooked post and the panel on the other side of the post is not fully attached. We have had wasps building nests all summer long right

This was a very difficult company to work with for these reasons:
1 - No updates or calls about progress, install dates, or statuses
2 - Daily unreturned calls. The gentlemen that answered would say the exact same thing every time I called, "Whats your name, whats your number, I will have your salesman call you right back." NEVER had this happen. I probably called 3 times a week for about 2 months.
3 - I personally called my Salesman probably 8 times and only got a response once.
4 - I had 2 gates getting work done, the first one they came and fixed but must have not tried it out before calling

Summer 2019. Sales team (Nick) was great; but thats where the service stopped. I never met and could never get a response from installation person. In fact, I reached back out to Nick (sales team) and shared my frustration. He did everything he could to nudge installation team to communicate. I had several installation dates. I ultimately cancelled a vacation because I thought I should be home when they installed. As it turned out, they moved installation again. I would get an email with new installation date range.

Terrible, my neighbor had a fence put in and the installers trampled all over my plants and left dirt everywhere. The caps blew off, it was dirty and huge gaps under the fence. I was planning on having the rest of my yard done by them but I definitely won't be now. I would rather have 2 different kinds of fence than have them come back. Trust the bad reviews, they are definitely accurate.

Fence Specialist in Lindon, UT is an outstanding company! If I were able to give them more than 5 STARS I would. They responded immediately, followed through with an onsite visit, quickly worked up an estimate and continued to work closely with our contractor and with me throughout the process. Hunter was our representative and he was professional, knowledgeable and was an integral part of the process from beginning to end. Their installation team was courteous, proficient and fast. The fence turned out great and was done very quickly!
My only complaint is that there were 2 things that were told to me when I was getting my estimate originally, that when they went to install the fence, weren't going to happen. I'm thinking it's because the guy that did the estimate, was a newer employee.
That being said, they ended up getting everything resolved, so overall it was a pretty good experience!
