Mike recently has done an excellent job on replacing a chase cover and some chimney flue pipes for us. He provided his honest and quality work on his project. Mike took his time to explain what happened to our chimney, and patiently listened to our concerns.

I never like to do negative reviews on small businesses. I owned and operated my own small home improvement business for thirty years. I needed my chimney inspected and cleaned and after reading their reviews I contacted Complete Chimney on their web site. I never received a response after numerous attempts. I even sent a email with no response. I called the business number and was unable to leave a message it went to voice mail and the mail box was full. Mike was VERY helpful inspecting and cleaning chimneys/flues in a very old house for me. He took a great deal of time to explain and answer questions that I had. Mike was here a couple of weeks ago and he was impressive with his knowledge and professionalism. He recommended some safety and fire prevention work so I had him come back and take care of those things. He answers all your questions but never stops working to get the job done. I was introduced to mike through the local chamber of commerce after winning a complimentary chimney cleaning. He was very professional and took his time to ensure a great job was done and I understood how to care for my chimney.

Had a problem with my chimney and called Complete Chimney. Mike was personable and took the time to answer all of my questions; he was patient and cares about his work. When a custom part needed to be ordered, he cared enough to follow up on it and expedited the order and delivery. He understood the need for speed given it was the winter months and the furnace was turned of until the problem was rectified. He is available via text and is diligent about replying. Mike is an excellent chimney cleaner and inspector. He tells you what is wrong and how to resolve it. H only recommends what needs to be done. Last year he recommended we also clean the hot water heater and Furnace flute. It was very dirty different than a fireplace but also build up could have caused a fire. He may have saved us from fire in that flute. He is timely and clean. Us him we are glad we did. We now use him every year

I highly recommend Mike and Complete Chimney. Mike is not only a great guy, but he also does amazing work. He did a great job fixing my chimney cap and cleaning out my fireplace and furnace flute. I found out about Complete Chimney on Home Advisor and figured I’d give them a try. I have no regrets with my decision and will absolutely be calling Mike for all my chimney needs going forward.
