From the staff that answered the phone to the crew that came out to snake my basement drain they were all very professional and considerate of my property. They showed up exactly when they said they would and the final cost was appropriate and below the amount quoted. They cleaned up and settled accounts quickly and without trouble. The didn’t even have a problem with my dog barking at them when they came in and out. I would certainly recommend calling them if you ever need help with your drains.

This work done by Lenox was for an improperly installed dishwasher in our kitchen .

My toilet was leaking water onto the floor. I called my usual plumbing service, but they understandably didn’t have any openings for 5 days because it’s 3 days before Christmas. Called another place that didn’t answer the phone, and another place that couldn’t fit me in. Luckily, I next called Lenox. They were very professional on the phone and got me in same day, and got here just two hours after I called. Our plumber was very professional, friendly, and walked me through the issue. Service was good and on-time in the middle of the night. The only complaint is that I thought their prices were more expensive then other companies for similar service. The person had to snake out the pipes along with installing a new sump pump all of the cost of $900.

My fiancé and I just moved in and we were greeted with a gas leak days later. I spoke with both Matt and Nick several times. They both showed concern once they knew we where without heat. After being initially told we’d be scheduled the next day, I got a call that they’d make sure to make I out that day. I was at work at the time and wasn’t going to be there. I needed a main sewage line replaced; after contacting several plumbers in the area who had service dates two weeks out, I reached out to Lenox plumbing. They were fast to come out and do an estimate (same day as a call) and fast to schedule the repair (1 week out). The two who worked on our pipe were on time and kept me informed of the process throughout the entire project. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up when they left. Called Lenox Plumbing after a gas range delivery gone wrong. They promptly returned my call and understood the seriousness of a potential gas leak. They were able to come take a look at our gas leak within a timely manner after hours. They diagnosed what happened, fixed it, and gave additional suggestions on how to improve our gas line. I Was quoted 1k for a job and when they got done the job was 3600, the guys left dust all over my things in the basement and upstairs. They could have at least ask me did I want to cover my stuff because there was going to be a lot of dust everywhere. Job got done hopefully it's done right, I won't do business with them again.

The last time I used Lenox the communication was terrible. The guy they sent out said he needed a part, left and was never heard from again. I called the office and they contacted him at my request, acting as though they had done something way beyond the call of duty. But nothing ever came of it. I never heard back from the repairman. So, if you can get past all the ads by competitors that show up first now, above the company you're trying to read about or comment on, in this case Lenox, you might consider some of those other places and affirm Yelp's current business model.

I called Lenox at the advice of a few friends who said they liked them . This was after calling multiple companies in the area who wanted to charge me ungodly Amounts per shower : per hour etc and never gave me a straight answer on cost prior to booking the job . This company is amazing! We have been pulling our hair out for a year since our fire. Every contractor we contacted were terrible. I found Lenox Plumbing and they were a breath of fresh air! Ask for a quote before have services performed. We paid $335 for 30 minutes of work and minimal material. When we called to inquire about the charges the gentleman was extremely rude and said he knew his competitors pricing and that he was fair. When we offered to bring him a quote from a competitor (which he couldn't list) to show that we were overcharged we were told that it wouldn't matter and the pricing would NOT be adjusted. We will not use Lenox again for any service.

Lenox responded same day and set up an appointment for me for next day (which was best for me). Their estimate was very good and we scheduled them to do the work 2 days later (they were available at the time of the estimate). They also estimated for free.
They worked very quickly, were friendly, cleaned up perfect and did a great job. I couldn't recommend anyone more than Lenox and will for sure use them if I need more plumbing I can't do myself in the future.

I am SO happy with Lenox Plumbing!! I just purchased a house that had not been lived in for at least a year. About two weeks after moving in, our basement drains backed up and we had some standing water in the basement. In January I called Lenox Plumbing. No one answered so I left a message. I was looking for someone to scope a sewer drain at a house I was in the process of purchasing. They did not return my call. I understand not every plumber does this, so I let it go.

So here's the scoop--several years ago we had another company come out and replace our pipes in our old house. YIKES! Cannot comment on the actual work but I did call them to replace two shut off valves on for a faucet.... They told me there would be a service charge and then $145 per valve.

Called 7 plumbers, lenox was the only one that could come out the same day at a reasonable non emergency rate. The plumber showed up, got the job done efficiently, tidied up, and left me with a kitchen sink that drained well and no leaking pipes underneath (we had called because our kitchen sink wasn't draining despite my efforts to use the auger/snake on the drain). Reasonable rate and emailed invoice minutes after the job as complete.
