These are my go-to guys. Definitely the ATeam with great management and leadership. As a landlord, I need to know my Service Team is reliable and knowledgeable. When my own hot water heater seemed like it was about to explode one evening (after hours), they talked me through shutting it down, assured me it would be ok to leave town for four days ( business trip), and were right there to replace it the day I returned. I am so grateful to have the Burton Boys to help me keep things running smoothly for my renters..and for me!

Took out a long-standing, icky clog in the kitchen drain. Sink works! Ordering me a new sink and faucet for the bathroom. Plumbing that works. Merry Christmas to me. Good job!

Burton’s decision to not provide service to me based on my one star review has prompted me to post what happened.
The technician came out and shut my boiler down. I said I didn’t have the money to replace the boiler and would apply for help getting the funds together. He stated I should hurry because if the pipes freeze it would damage the house and cost more to replace the pipes. I asked about draining the boiler and he explained how to do it but never offered the service.
I called and asked if that was

Office staff is very friendly and helpful. I got an appointment for a week out, but then they called me couple days later, One of their guys was in the area and finished up early and that he could stop by in 30 min. I was so happy and thankful that the job could get done that day! The man that came by was friendly, thorough, and took the time to answer any question I had. He also took care the flooring by putting down their blanket before setting tools down. It was awesome to see all around professionalism (almost a lost trait these days) . I would highly recommend Burton's.

I am very satisfied with the services I received from Burton’s Plumbing & Heating. The initial evaluation was done within a week of my calling them & the work was done in as timely a manner as possible considering it’s the holiday season. The plumbers were professional, friendly, worked quietly on their own, thoroughly double- & triple-checking for leaks (there are no leaks), cleaned up after themselves, & followed up with a request for a review in order to stay at the top of their game.

I have had a few jobs completed by Burton's...there is a reason they are little pricey compared to other places but you truly get what you pay for! No BS with them and the job they do is exceptional! I will only use them for any future plumbing needs!

We have had 2 very high water bills. Our water showed no leaks. Burton Plumbing was recommended.The office staff was friendly and helpful.
They emailed a picture of Jesse , the assigned plumber...and info on his plumbing expertise.
He arrived early and that was great! He assessed quickly that it was our sump pump...he replaced it....neatly and quickly.
No messy clean up left for us! Burton's will be our future go to for plumbing needs.
Hopefully, we will get Jesse assigned to us...lol!

Fantastic customer service! from the initial phone call I had with their Representative Tina she was very professional. she was helpful and asked all the appropriate questions to gather info on my plumbing issues. She also called to reschedule an earlier appointment because they had a cancelation!!! The plumber was JAMES he did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable informative engaging and very professional. I would recommend James and the Burton crew for any and all plumbing issues.
