Take note of the water lines on the walls in the water photo. There was so much water in that residence, the carpet was floating off of the tack strips.

I had a tree fall through my roof in August, Lance and Tom from R & R Construction were one of the first vendors who even responded to my calls. I called over 15 locally owned business. They came out knowing that I was planning on quoting out many different vendors and gave me a honest no BS quote. Finally after three months I was able to settle with my insurance/mortgage company, I gave them a call and they were quick to respond, honored their original quote and even excepted changes understanding it would be a fluid project. Lance provided us with a whole house renovation on an old family home. The entire process was a great experience. Their crews were all efficient, friendly and very helpful. The finished project exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy with the end product. The project was completed on time and within our agreed to price. We couldn't be happier with our experience. If we had to do this again we would certainly use R&R Construction. Being a Painting contractor myself I deal with alot of contractors and R&R tops them all. I can't imagine any company providing better customer service!

We had Lance from R&R come by to give us an estimate on ceiling/drywall/painting for water damage restoration to our condo 2 months ago. He seemed great and helpful. But then he became completely unresponsive to our questions during discussion of the estimate and negotiation of the pricing (price seemed quite high). We tried emailing, texting, calling... nothing. That is completely unprofessional. We went with someone else, but it definitely threw off our timeline and made an already stressful situation even more so.

R&R Construction is the best. My house flooded out and I needed new floors, paint, cabinets, you name it...and I didn't know where to turn. Luckily, a friend told me about R&R and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Their staff was caring, quick to respond and provided excellent service. With a high level of craftsmanship, quality materials and on the spot supervisors, I knew that I was going to be back in my home on the promised date and within budget. I am still so pleased with R&R and couldn't be any happier. I absolutely love how my home looks now.
