This 4,142 square foot building is the new prototype for over 20 fully automated Carwash facilities that will be built throughout the Jacksonville area. Erik Otte is the President of Scherer Construction of North Florida, LLC. He is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a degree in Building Construction and a decade of experience on large scale government projects.
Erik joined our team in 2015 as a project manager and quickly cemented himself as a leader in our company, successfully managing not only his many projects, but also the concrete division of our company. In 2019 he was elected as the President of Scherer Construction by his fellow company leadership based upon his propensity for smart innovation, problem solving, and his hands-on leadership style.

Josh Dixon is the Executive Vice President of Scherer Construction of North Florida, LLC. Josh graduated from Flagler College, then joined our team as an intern while in the Masters program at the M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction at UF, with a goal of eventually relocating back to the First Coast.
