They want you to get three estimates and then hopefully choose the lowest one. The one that is lowest is not always best. In fact, it is normally the worst. If you have an insurance claim, your three bids should be the same; whatever your deductible amount is. Use this opportunity to "interview" three roofing companies and pick the one you feel most comfortable with and will do the best job for you.

I worked mainly with Mark W. at Priority Restoration and he was extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful during the whole process of getting my roof replaced after hail damage. He inspected the roof and took pictures of the damage and was willing to work with our insurance company if needed. When Mark was out of the office and I needed some information for my insurance company, Billy stepped up and I had what I needed in my e-mail minutes after I got off the phone with him. Note it was almost 5:00PM and I didn't expect it until the next day. Billy's quick response was beyond my expectations

Mark sent in a great crew. They replaced the roofing on our 2100 sq ft rancher in about 7 hours with quality materials. They also did a an excellent cleanup. Mark also did a follow up cleanup himself. Highly recommend! BTW - Neighbor down the street plans to use them too after seeing how well they did the job.

I highly recommend Priority Restoration. Mark was the absolute best. He took the time to walk us through all of the steps of replacing our roof. He was prompt and on time and gave us good advice so that we were able to make good decisions that we were comfortable with. The team of roofers exceeded our expectations. They were on time and worked hard to finish the job in one day! Mark and his crew cleaned up so well, you would never know they had been here, except for the beautiful roof. They even took the time to touch up some paint on the house and wash down the patio and gutters. We are so happy

When hiring someone, you hope that they are timely, honor their commitments, are friendly, offer a great product, back it up with warranties, and that they start and finish their work on time. Mark, with Priority Restoration, was fantastic to work with! I reached out to Mark after discovering water leaking into our house from above the head of a window that has a porch and an awning outside. Mark responded right away and was flexible scheduling to meet at our house at the same time as our insurance adjuster (I even rescheduled once due to rain and a wet roof). Mark has experience as an adjuster so he knows both sides.
