I had a new gutter system installed on my home and Best Roof & Gutter was able to get the job done quickly, even with a few fascia repairs that popped up during the process. Working with Anthony and his crew, Dan, was everything I could have hoped for. From the fast responses in the estimate to getting the work done, this company is solid all around. After getting new gutters on my house, there was a small leak in one of the seems. I contacted Anthony and he responded immediately to say that they would be fixing it as soon as possible. Less than 48 hours later, everything was fixed and I could not have been happier. Ease of process, excellent communication, and reliable work. Not sure what more you could ask for.

This company used to be called Mountain Reach Roofing and Gutters, they replaced our old gutters and did satisfactory work. There was in issue with my new gutter install and they were able to remedy it, so I naturally contacted for a roofing estimate. After an unfortunate miscommunication with the roofing estimate [doing business in the time of Covid presents unique challenges], but we were eventually able to work out a solution. We'll be installing a new roof in the next couple weeks and will update this review with pictures.

I first contacted Mountain Reach for some gutter work, but once Pete came out he noticed the roof had quite a bit of storm damage. Pete was great working with my insurance to get everything, including the gutters covered. He was a pleasure to work with and always responded quickly to any issue.
The reason I'm giving this 4 stars and not 5 is that I faced a few annoyances when it came time to do the install. Weather definitely complicated things a bit and I'm not holding Mountain Reach responsible for that. However, materials were delivered a day or two early (luckily I was home when that happened

These folks are great. Don't waste your time elsewhere. They worked with me and really provided great advice on what type of gutter covers to use. It was also great to hear their thoughts about downspout placement. They were reasonably priced and completed the work professionally. I'd definitely recommend.

I originally contacted Mountain Reach about getting gutters added to two sides of my house where there were no gutters and where I was seeing an issue with water intrusion. It somehow turned into a total roof replacement, which is fine. It needed it. The estimate was quick. They came out and gave me an estimate and promised that they wouldn't charge more than what the insurance company would give me. Within days, the team was out and they replaced my roof and, a few days later, they were adding the gutters...but they didn't add gutters to the one side of the house that really needed it

They are wonderful in all areas except for the person (Aaron) who does the skylights. He came out to provide a bid and saw something that was incorrect regarding a recent roof install (no ventilation to soffits). When I got the bid I had some questions re: solartubes. The office person is awesome but I had to chase down Aaron to get a call back and it took over a week. I decided to do the small soffit repair and Aaron didn't show up on the day he was supposed to so I had to follow up. I got an excuse then he re-scheduled again. We are an HOA of 24 single family homes. A few summers ago we hired Mountain Reach Seamless Gutters to replace the gutters and downspouts on 12 of our homes and to do maintenance and repairs on the other 12.
I had the responsibility of hiring a company to do the job and supervising it's completion. Mountain Reach not only had the lowest bid but they were super easy to work with and completed the job on time with a minimum number of issues.
What I was also impressed with was their customer service and follow-up including contacting me a year later to make sure all was well.

If I could give SIX STARS for these guys I would! I called Pete to come and give a bid for some gutters and miscellaneous roofing fixes after my previous contractor disappeared and the Mountain Reach team came through in a major way.
I own several properties and am well-vetted in quality of work and the pain it can be to work with some subcontractors. This couldn't be further from how these guys do business. As another stated...they were initially great, but I'm still waiting for them to complete the gutters after making the mistake of paying them up front before the project is completed. I've also had to extract/clean up at least 50 nails (1 in truck tire) and roof remnants around my house. In addition, they dumped all their roofing materials right on top of a current paver project before I even had a chance to say "ok" via phone. I also didn't appreciate the nice oil stain on 3 of my new paver's from your leaking trailer. Didn't SystemPavers specifically instruct

I had new gutters installed a couple of years ago but after a few recent storms I realized there was rainwater dripping over the edge of the gutter on one side. Apparently the pitching was a little off and the water wasn't making its way over to the downspout. I called Mountain Reach to explain and within a couple of weeks, the crew came out to fix it. Stellar customer service and I'm happy I chose Mountain Reach Roofing & Gutters!

When I asked for a bid they were super fast getting in touch with me. I was able to make an appointment and they came out right on time. They also called to let me know they were on their way. When he got here I explained what was going on with my gutters and he was able to fix the problem very quickly and got the gutters all cleaned up. I will definitely be using this company again! I contacted Mountain Reach to replace a damaged run of gutters on my house based upon the previous reviews. Upon filling out the online estimate form, I was promptly contacted and the estimate process was smooth.
The overall process has had a few bumps, but I now have a functional guttter system with plans to replace the rest of the gutters in the future.

I've updated this review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Anthony emailed me to make up the 5% difference after reviewing Mountain Ranch's 2017 reviews and noticed the discrepancy.
I greatly appreciate the company taking the time to review the year and make right what went a little wrong. They didn't have to do that, but they did it anyway. That goes a long way in my book.
The gutters they installed are still looking and working great.
I definitely recommend these guys.

Chris and his team are a rare example of a great hardworking company that makes sure to do what they say.
Mountain Reach was very professional, timely and customer service oriented. Chris usually answered the phone himself when I had questions and was always prompt when he was coming to my job sites. I liked them so much I had them do a second property and they did not disappoint.
Mountain Reach cleaned up their job site very well after the job was done, and one of their guys Jason even trimmed up some of the trees which were scraping my gutters. Amazing customer service.
