Priority Roofing is the best. I received hail damage from the last hail storm. I called Sam Pendleton from Priority Roofing and he came out the next day. We had the insurance company out in a 2 weeks and they were roofing my house the next week, I had windows, screens, garage door and fencing repaired or replaced, They were professional and gave excellent service. I would use them again and I will refer them to all of my family and friends.

Dawn Rodarte was the contractor and assisted me on all aspects of the job (inspection, insurance claim, adjuster's report and estimate, materials, scheduling, etc.). She was experienced, knowledgeable and explained things in very understandable terms, and scheduled everything to meet my needs. Her availability and communication in person, and via phone, email and texts was outstanding.

Priority roofing was our primary choice of three contractors for our residential home. They were able to coordinate an insurance claim with zero problems for two buildings on my property. The roof looks great and the clean up job afterwards was to satisfaction as well. We searched everywhere for a roofer that was honest after our house was hit by hail. Most companies wanted us to send the appraisal we received from the insurance company and then schedule the repairs without looking at our house. What happened to the days when the contractor came out and looked at the damage and gave the owner an estimate?

The owner came unannounced to my home at 8:00 pm. First rang the door bell which we did not answer as we were already in bed and our infant son was sleeping. Then, he started knocking loudly on the door which startled and woke up our baby. Very inconsiderate and unlawful, as you need a permit in Farmers Branch to solicit. Many neighbors have complained to the police and BBB about this company. He promised to change his obtrusive marketing but apparently he is as dishonest as he is rude and inconsiderate. Don't do business with someone who cares nothing about other people.

Priority Roofing did a fantastic job managing my insurance claim from start to finish. Sidney was great at coordinating the many details involved from dealing with the insurance company to overseeing the roof, new siding and painting. There were a lot of moving parts on what turned out to be quite a large project and we couldn't be happier with the outcome, which was of utmost importance to Sidney. Extremely pleased with the work Micah did for my parents home in garland. My parents are very pleased with the work as well. He treated me and my folks very well and he really cared about there home and making sure everything went perfectly for them and what really helped was him making sure all the trash and everything was gone and everything was cleaned up after. He kept checking to make sure we where happy with the roof and we are very pleased with the quality of service and thoughtfulness put into my parents home. It felt like he treated us as tho we were his family.

Living in this area I've had a few roofs replaced by other companies in the past and none have been as great to work with as Priority roofing. Priority roofing ( salesman was Hernan) replaced my roof in June and followed up every day with the install Team. He also followed thru to completion on every promise he made so that I would be completely satisfied. Many other homeowners on my street are having their roofs replaced by Priority due to the great reputation they are building.
