From the very first person we met from Lifetime Roof, everyone was friendly, considerate and professional. I was a little uneasy about having someone come look at our roof, but Alex W. was great. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and was very clear on the situation with our roof and what our options were. Never pushy AT ALL, but rather understanding and considerate, which is a really big deal for us.

I really appreciated working with Lifetime Room and Solar. They made every step of the process really easy and guided me through the whole thing. I was anxious about dealing with the hail damage on my roof as I didn't have time to make a bunch of phone calls and have a bunch of meetings, and they handled everything from working with my insurance to detaching/reattaching my solar panels. They worked around my schedule to find times that worked for me and kept me well-informed every step of the process.

I would strongly recommend Lifetime Roof & Solar. They were exceptional. When we requested a quote, they were very quick and efficient. They answered any questions we had. When we were not able to get the gutters right away, they were very patient. They were wonderful with a couple of last minute re-schedules on our part. Their price was much better than other quotes. They installed the gutters in a matter of hours and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything. We could not be happier!

We could not be more pleased with the work they did and with the professionalism of everyone we came in contact with. Thanks to Woody, particularly. Lifetime did a good job with my roof replacement and solar installation. It was convenient that they did all the coordination and it was all with one company. They worked with my insurance company directly, which made it easy on me.
We did have an issue with one item, but I reached out to Max who was my sales rep, and he helped fix the issue and get resolution. Overall, it was a very easy process with Lifetime Roof & Solar.
