The best storage experience I've ever had. I needed a small unit quickly and they had multiple options. Very quick online process to set up the account. The best part was all I had to do to move out was empty the unit and removed my lock!
Very clean, very safe and friendly staff, 10:10 would recommend!

I was working on my motorcycle over here at short north storage whenever my radiator cap malfunctioned and shut off my motorcycle and spilled boiling hot cool and all over my eyes and Christine was out in the parking lot and guided me in to the restroom and help me wash my eyes out and gave me some water and probably save my vision, I am posting this review under my wife’s name because I’m stupid and left my phone at home. Highly recommend this place the staff is great it’s always clean here and they are never too busy to stop and say hello whenever you’re on the property.

Just rented a unit today and working with the SNS manager, Tim, was such an easy and enjoyable process!! I wasn’t pressured to rent a unit, and he was very thorough when providing information and tips to help me find the perfect sized unit for my needs. The checkout experience was fast and easy, the entire process took less than 20min. The units and office are clean and I was even offered refreshments while I was there!! Honestly a 10 star experience and I would highly recommend Short North Storage to anyone looking for storage in the Columbus area and beyond.

Tim, the manage at Short North Storage, is the best! He is very personable and professional and made sure that I had a great experience. Moving is always stressful and it was nice to have a reliable and clean place to store my belongings during my moving process.
