I’m giving them three stars because there customer service has always been very helpful. That being said the lot isn’t secure. I had a truck parked there since January and in that time it was ransacked three times.then last week I find someone stole my batteries and cut the terminals and also stole $100 in gas not to mention stealing the exhaust. I’ve seen on multiple occasions people living in there in there car.

Not a good company to deal with paid for a unit they have their lock on the unit they gave me a code that don’t work then They expect me to go over there and take the lock off with the code they keep giving me that does not work and then I paid $129 and I have my stuff sitting on a truck in the field. If I could give a zero rating I would worst people I ever dealt with everything is online and nobody knows what they’re doing. I get there I can’t get in the unit I called the lady she tells me she will call me back and never called me back so I called the next day and she tried to tell the

I called and was able to get a storage unit same day. The lady on the phone was very helpful and pleasant.
Once I arrived i was kind of confused as there are 1 and a half entrances lol.
I took the “half entrance” and drove through a maze of semis which was weird but honestly made it feel more secure.
It’s pretty bare bones and there’s no locked gate (I guess they’re working on it) but for the price I had zero complaints.
Even for all the quirks this would’ve been a 5-star experience until I got to the unit itself.
I couldn’t open it lol. I called customer service and the office
