I can't say enough great things about Justin. He was so, so patient with us as we went down the renovation rabbit hole and added more to the scope of the project. He was incredibly prompt with his replies and very reliable. He was flexible with us when another contractor had to reschedule on us (which impacted Justin's work timeline). The window he installed is so beautiful! He cleaned up the area before he left. And - to top it off - he gave us a tip about making our sliding doors open and close more easily - something we had been trying to fix for months with no luck! I can't say enough great

Justin did excellent work for me repairing French doors that had been smashed in a break-in. He was very upfront with everything and the complications inherent with the repair. I had received several quotes, most simply gave me a (very high!) estimate without even seeing the door, Justin came out and took a look first ad did not try to upsell me at all. His honesty convinced me to go with Iron Horse and I am happy I did. He was careful with his work and fast. If/when I need any more glasswork done I will definitely reach out to Iron Horse Windows and Glass Showers and you should too!

Justin fit a new panel of glass in our door after an unfortunate incident with a stone and a lawnmower.
He turned up on time for the initial inspection and quote. He gave a good price, and ordered the glass right away. It turned up quickly, and Justin scheduled to come do the work straight after.
The work itself was fairly tricky, thanks to the door, but it was done efficiently, and it looks great now. There was no mess left afterwards, either which is great!

We did a complete overhaul of our bathroom. Justin's installation was fast, price was reasonable and the work looks great! We've had a lot of compliments. I liked being able to have my contractor build a shower pan and buy the glass myself, versus buying a kit from Home Depot or something. It looks great! -Amy
