Have used this company a few times to replace windows that were leaking. Haven't had any issues. Great recommendations, and pricing was very competitive. Installation very easy. We are going to be calling them again today for the next round of windows.
Someone else commented about the caulking. We've had them out twice and both times they explained that we would need someone to recaulk the window from the outside, as well as paint over top of that caulk to protect from the elements within a year of installation or else there could be problems. It was just impossible to get it

We used Window Station to replace all the windows in our 1960s home in Glen Park about 4 years ago. Since that time, we've had leaks coming in from 2-3 windows EVERY TIME IT RAINS. Initially, window station was very responsive, coming out to check on the cause of the leaks. They re-caulked the leaking windows - but they were never able to stop the leaks. We have had them out at least 6 times since installation. Second review for these folks. They did our windows in 2019. We just got our front door replaced (it had been damaged years ago and was really drafty). I went with window station to replace 3 very large (over 9.5 feet tall) windows in my home, which were broken by my neighbor being careless with a slingshot. Because the original large single pane windows were no longer to code, I had to upgrade to dual pane tempered glass windows. Excellent service with a smile. Very professional and efficient window installers. They were able to replace all of our upstairs windows in under a day, and we are very happy with the work. The windows are attractive and modern, easy to use, and best of all, they keep the loud city noise outside where it belongs.

We've replaced two windows and a sliding door in our house. The sales rep Alex has promptly come to do the measurements, explained various options and gave us very reasonable quote.
On the day of installation Vlad and Igor showed up on time, started with protecting furniture and surrounding area from dust and debris, and then went to do marvelous job installing the windows! They have fixed part of the window frames damaged by dry rot, and even a piece of subfloor under the sliding door.

We had a FANTASTIC experience with Window Station! I'll quickly explain why they were great and then explain the reason for 4/5 stars and not 5/5 (it's a very small reason--seriously, you should just stop looking for a window company and go with Window Station).

I got an estimate from Window Station for replacements we needed on an old house. My experience calling them to set this up was fine, but my issue is with their automated system once your estimate is booked.
The weekend before my estimate appointment, I received five text messages in a matter of 30 minutes asking me to reply to confirm my appointment. I texted back to confirm, but kept getting the exact same text again asking me to confirm. I finally text, "I've confirmed this, is my appointment set?" I get a text back saying yes it is (see screenshots of all this).
