By asking just a few questions together we can determine what type of alarm system you will need; a wireless system, a hardwired system or a hybrid system (which is simply a combination of hardwired and wireless). If you don't have a phone service, you can "go cellular." This means that a cellular radio connected to the alarm panel will call the monitoring center if the alarm is tripped.
Ryan showed up on time, was very courteous and detailed oriented, doing exhaustive testing, while explaining and asking for my preference whenever he's not. I had Ryan install an alarm system about 3 weeks ago and I had been meaning to call him for a long time. Now with the shelter in place I'm working from home.

So glad we found Direct Protection. Great service and great product from someone who lives in our community. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for security for either their home or business. Ryan took the time to talk with us about the pros and cons of different alarm systems. He didn't try to upsell us, he just walked us through all of our options. You could tell his main concern was finding the best system that met our needs. We highly recommend Ryan at Direct Protection.

Our experience with Ryan Sharp was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better person to install our new security system. He was friendly, thorough with telling us how the system will operate and precise in getting it installed. In addition he answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the operation of the system. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is interested in getting a security system. He is the best!

Had the best experience with my new security system. Ryan Sharp was so thorough and informative. He clearly cares that his customer's homes are safe and protected. Not only was he on time but was very detail oriented and made sure everything was cleaned up after the job was done. I would highly recommend Ryan and company for your home security.
