The internet Access Points they provided are constantly cycling off and on, much ore time OFF than on. Residents regularly complain of; disconnects, slow speeds ("like Dial Up"), and overall unresponsive technical support. No one is able to finish streaming a movie, or long TV show, without being interrupted repeatedly.

Recently my Security Camera system went offline due to an equipment failure. Sandeep Sandhu and Khush Sandhu from OVISS CCTV got actively involved for remote diagnose of the equipment failure and provide an on-site repairs very expediently.
Thanks to their prompt technical support , my security cameras are now up and running as designed to do so.
They also followed up with post repair support to make sure my equipment software is set up correctly to be able to effectively monitor the security camera system remotely via iPhone

I have given them business multiple times and have been ok with them , so I call them again for security cameras , talked to Beant , the owner, he said he will give quote by looking our house on Google maps so here I m 2 weeks still waiting for mr beants quote , I also text msg him but no response may be he's too busy with his wife's baby shower but 2 weeks? Just for a quote ? Well I guess time to move on . These guys are better off with 7-11 cameras but definitely not for home security . Thanks Beant for wasting my time .

Just want to say that the DVR they reinstalled is working great now. So far so good. My last review was done in the heat of the moment when they arrived late for the appointment to complete the install. I do appreciate that they were quickly responsive to my concerns. I will stick with them for the annual contract and see how it goes. My biggest feedback is that they should really work on communication, keeping the customer in the loop, and educating the customer about the technical difficulties. We felt in the dark at times, and that is never a good feeling, and leads to a negative experience

I would have went with One Vision quite some time ago but I was skeptical because of the 1 Yelp review. I'm glad I chose to move forward because I am very pleased with the work that was performed. The team that came out to perform the install of the cameras & DVR did a nice clean job and made everything look very professional which was what I wanted. The tech Jose that came out afterward to finalize everything and tie up any loose ends was a pleasure to work with. I'm am very pleased with the work and would recommend them to any one looking to add video surveillance.
