I've been using Deep Sentinel at three shopping centers in Orange County since February 2021. It's been very effective in reducing transient/homeless activity after hours. We were previously spending thousands per month on security, and now we're down to a couple hundred! Great cost and service.

This is the one and only system you need for your home or business for the ultimate protection and peace of mind. With other systems, always getting alerts on your phone for detections you always want to check but with Deep Sentinel no need to worry because if there's a true problem at hand guards will take care of it and let you know immediately. I've been a Deep Sentinel customer for over a year. While I really love their concept, I am updating this review based on my experiences the last few months. I've had to have all of my cameras replaced (one of them multiple times), and have my hub replaced. I feel the customer service and technical support has lacked over the last several months.
The system has been going down, the app has been malfunctioning, and most annoying, the cameras are NOT detecting motion. Their AI is incorrectly not recognizing a person on my property and filtering it out. That causes someone on my property

Cancellation is not smooth like Amazon does. Tons of work for cancellation.
1. I Cancel an order within 3 business days is not good enought. Deep Sentinel did not stopped the shipment, did not remove the charge from my credit card even before the equipment arrived my door. I had to work with FedEx to refuse to receive, asked the shipment back to Sender, dispute the charge on my credit card, etc.

We used to rely on Ring as our security system until we realized that we weren't being notified immediately. We've been using Deep Sentinel for almost a year and LOVE it! The app notifies us when packages are delivered and when the guard comes on live it scares us so I would imagine it would deter anyone that isn't supposed to be here. Also, for those worried about the fact that the system is on wifi here's a tip: We have our internet modem and router along with the DS HUB plugged into a Battery backup so that when the power goes down the wifi still works as long as internet

This is an incredible service that has changed how I feel about my family’s personal safety. We had an expensive wired security system installed when we moved in, but because of Deep Sentinel we never felt the need to activate it. The only reason for 4 stars is that I think the hardware could use some improvement. Customer service has been excellent in replacing cameras as needed, but I think some further development for reliability could be used. Despite this, I am 100% confident in this system and the people behind it.

Deep Sentinel is a great, perhaps the best, home security system on the market today. Not only do we feel safer when we are at home, we also feel safe when we are away on vacation. Is it perfect? No, but nothing on the market is and anything that told you otherwise would be lying to you. This is the closest product to perfect. We were early adopters of the system and would now recommend anyone to upgrade to the solar battery option, as it does get cumbersome swapping out the batteries every other week. I will look into upgrading hopefully soon when there is a sale.

We've had the system for over a month now and the service is amazing! On one occasion, we were bringing a package out of our house to our car. The guards picked up the activity as suspicious and immediately asked for identification. Later on, when we had billing issues (not due to Deep Sentinel), we called their Customer Care line and got an answer/solution within minutes. Upon delivery of a package, we get notified and know to pickup the package from our door. On other suspicious situations, just the spinning red light from the camera was able to scare them away and never come back again

Just wanted to give a quick recommendation to Deep Sentinel, which is a relatively new security camera service. It is pricier than a typical Ring camera, but comes with surveillance by actual trained guards. It uses AI to detect motion in a customer defined "protection zone", and when motion is triggered, it is verified by a guard. If there is suspicious activity, the guard can talk through the camera, and even directly contact the police.

I would not trust any other security system. I love knowing that someone else has my back when I'm asleep or away or even just working. I have had one incident where a guard intervened, and she was an angel and the gentleman left the property. I was fast asleep as this unfolded, which shows you the value of the system.

I installed Deep Sentinel on my Cannabis Dispensary in Northern California. Last night was the third time in less than 6 months they interrupted an intruder on my property. Deep Sentinel gives us peace of mind that there is always a live guard watching our home. It is the only security system that prevents intrusions from happening in the first place, unlike other home monitoring systems that sound an alarm when it is already too late and someone has broken into your home. I can't say enough how impressed I am with Deep Sentinel. While we live in a 'safe' area, our neighborhood and surrounding areas have as a rash of car break ins. I noticed a common theme that everyone would share videos on our community Facebook but nothing would happen because people wouldn't see the video until the next morning and the criminals would have their faces covered. The concept is great. The cameras are great as well.
Setting up the cameras were easy.
Here's when I encountered issues.
The Hub requires you to connect it to you modem or router directly with a network cable. So if your setup is no where near the center, or close to the cameras, of the building your are in, the wireless connection between the cameras and the hub won't work properly or at all.
The Hub and the cameras go offline even when the wifi in my home is solid and working properly. All my other devices work great.
Now the App. NEVER worked for me. It keeps telling me
