Ed and Bradley came out on Christmas Eve to fix my hot waterheater. They were here on time. Made the repairs and did some helpful/useful improvements to avoid future problems. They were done in a little over an hour. Professional, courteous, and affordable. They are awesome!!

Ed was fantastic and professional! Actually from the moment the phone was answered all of the customer service was top notch. We didn't have cold water and called on Friday by Monday , parts were here and we had hot water!!! Ed explained everything and answered all of my questions. I will definitely call again.

Needed to replace my broken shower handle that was installed incorrectly by the previous person. Check out the before and after pictures for reference as it shows vividly what I'm talking about. Professional and friendly service! I highly recommend this small family run business! Price was cheaper than original quote as the valve came with the shower hardware kit I bought. Very honest company!

I had faucet leaks. I called and Ed was able to estimate how much it would cost me over some pictures over text. He was available to come in on the same day to fix them. He knew his stuff and was also patient with my questions about plumbing. Fair pricing which included labor and material. I would call him again for anything plumbing related, highly recommend!

Being a Purchaser by profession, I research and work with many vendors of various goods and services on a daily basis. It is rare that I come across a company that exceeds my high-level standards and today I was fortunate enough to have found Mr. Ed's Plumbing & Rooter Service. After waking up this morning to a flooded yard and having the City come out to evaluate and shut off our main water supply, I called Mr. Ed's Plumbing & Rooter Service. Anthony arrived in less than an hour (and Ed shortly after) to assess the situation and provide a couple of options to remedy our situation

Bradley and Anthony were very polite and professional.

Anthony showed up to help. He was polite, prompt, and professional. He worked on the issue (a backup), and was able to clear my main line. He did some more investigating, and found that there was a leak in the main, but it wasn't on my side of things. I appreciated that he took the time to check that out. Now the city needs to come by and take care of the breakage. I would highly recommend Mr. Ed's to anyone. They were fair, honest, and cleaned up after the job was done.

They came out for service as they said they would. In fact a bit earlier. They made quick work of a cartridge that had to be replaced in the shower. Very professional and quality work. I would recommend Mr. Ed's for your plumbing needs.

Great customer service, even called before they arrived to let you know he was on the way did a great job and was very polite I had some kind of blockage in my pipeline that was causing my toilets to overflow and sewage to come up in both of my tubs, he fixed it in about 30 minutes tops and it was after hours, I greatly appreciate the customer service and the promptness I would recommend them to anybody that's looking for any kind of plumbing work done.

I recommend Mr Ed's plumbing. This is the only company that answered the call after hours on a holiday weekend. Every national chain said the might be able to help the next day or next week. Every other local service was either closed or had to be a member. Mr Ed showed up fixed my problem at 10 pm. Didn't charge what the national chains do. Mr. Is my go to guy now when it comes to plumbing issues.

Mr. Ed’s Plumbing was recommended to me and they delivered! I called for a non-emergency broken garbage disposal and they were here within 2 hours of my call. I was given upfront accurate costs of the repairs and was so pleased with their work that I had them do a couple more things to my sink. Their magnet is on my fridge because I will only call Mr. Ed’s for future plumbing issues and I recommend you do the same.

Superb in every way. Honest, professional, low-maintainence service. I've had two service calls with this business, a water heater replacement and later, a toilet replacement. They give real assessments with various options and no BS. Great how they wear mesh foot coverings and masks when entering--terrific. They leave the workspace as if they hadn't been there. Mr. Ed was able to remedy a botched garbage disposal installation we had from another company.
Our previous unit was no more than 2 years old and the disposal was leaking. Mr. Ed went through the proper lengths to install our new insinkerator and educated me on the process.

This man is an angel on earth. All of a sudden our bathtub started to back up as well as the toilet. Called Mr Ed's and he was able to come out same day. He worked really hard trying to get the blockage but couldn't. He came back the very next morning and tried hydro flushing but the clog in the main line was just too stubborn. Finally after hours of work they got the stoppage!! I almost cried haha. If you need any plumbing work done, Ed is your guy. He works hard and doesn't give up until the job is done!

This was my first time using Mr. Ed's Plumbing and I am very pleased with his work and the price. We had a major clog in our kitchen that affected our sinks, our dishwasher and our garbage disposal. We had a serious plumbing problem...washing machine backing up into the tub, toilets not flushing, and dishwasher not draining and spilling out onto the floor...oh my! I requested a quote and time to come out and check on a leak. Ed and his crew came out faster than anyone and I was given an honest quote prior to any work. Ed and his crew dug up where the leak from the exterior main water line to the city sewer was at and immediately found the issue.
