TLDR version; Great service from JC Sewer and will be using them again!
I had another company (rhymes with Bonney Plumbing) come out, and I had to pay them $50 only for them tell me they won't even try to clear blocked pluming from inside the home, and since I have an old home with no nearby clean-out, they wanted THOUSANDS of dollars to dig up my yard. I knew this was an easy blockage, and told them to pound sand. (And insult to injury, they were looking for the pipe in the wrong place in the yard, which made it seem a bit like a bait-and switch tactic on their part.)

I call them cause every morning I had a big puddle by my sprinklers valves. Jeff came out and told me it was a main pipe that was leaking. It didn't make sense to me cause it will only leak when the sprinklers were on. But I trusted him. By the way I've been using James the owner since he started from his old pick up truck. Well 8 hours later he said it was fixed and I paid $800. Next day when my sprinklers turn on same problem. Jeff came out and dug down deeper and found a sprinklers pipe leaking. He told me it was an easy fix but he doesn't do sprinklers. So I paid $800 for him to guess wrong

My drain has been a problem since I moved in. Sully came to clear it out. He was on time, very professional and explained the problem thoroughly. He explained that there was possibly a broken pipe, that I need to take care of. When my toilet suddenly backed up after he left, he came right back out with Vince. They took care of the problem immediately. If I need a plumber again, I will use them.

I had a plumbing emergency and was told due to backlog it would take 2 days for service. Same story or longer from all local plumbers in town. I was going to have to stay somewhere else as I had no use of my toilets and showers. Then I got a call from Anna. She informed me there was a cancelation in their schedule and they could squeeze me in! She was friendly and kept me informed of time updates the whole time. Jacob arrived and diagnosed and resolved issue quickly! He was professional and efficient. Thanks again for saving the day!

JC has done a lot of work for us over the last couple years. He's always been on time, worked really hard and charged fair prices. Him and his team are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure each job is done right. Most recently, he re-plumbed our kitchen and plumbed a new bathroom in our basement with an up-flush toilet. We have an old house that we are renovating - I expect we'll be using him more in the future!
