Generally, septic tanks should be pumped every three to five years.

I am going to give you the FULL story so that you can appreciate the stress this was causing.
The pipe coming out of the house by my kitchen had a cap that was left off on the ground. When the landscapers came to clean up the yard in late April, they found it and put the cap back. The kitchen sink started backing up. My husband removed the cap and installed a hose so that it would drain further away from the house.
Back in May, we had a cat fence installed, I told the handy dude to only put the posts along the current fence line. He didn't listen and pounded in stakes next to the house

Our realtor Frank Gerola suggested this company to do a septic inspection. They did a great job at our place. The tank was much deeper underground than expected so special services were required and everyone involved was helpful and professional. And on time each visit! Highly recommend this company.

I had an unfavorable septic inspection that needed repairs at our home in the east valley.
After looking around I found Mesa Septic & Rooter. As A yelp contributor, I trust other "yelper's" ratings and Mesa Septic was one of only 2 septic companies I found with a 5 star rating and I wasn't disappointed.
Gary and his crew got right on it, repaired my problems and did it quick.
Gary, his wife Suzanne are excellent folks and his crew were some very nice people who are plenty capable and up to any septic, drain or rooter problems and then some.

This company was amazing! We had a septic inspection company drop the ball they were able to help us immediately.
