Services
Our outside sales reps / projects managers work with retail and commercial customers both in the showroom and in the field to evaluate needs and determine solutions. They are responsible for preparing bids and proposals, closing sales, and preparing the final specification for sold projects. Experience in window and door, millwork, or building materials industries, in either a sales or installation capacity is a huge plus.

We are capable of completing commercial vinyl window and door replacements or new construction installations just about anywhere in Alaska. The Nome City Hall and Senior Center was a project completed in 2012 and involved the replacement of around 60 wood windows with triple pane vinyl Northerm Windows.
Bay windows are a great addition that can be used to create space for sitting, add extra room for plants, or create a nook in the kitchen. Our bay windows can be done in either triple pane or double pane glass, with openers or without, and in standard angles of 45 degrees, 30 degrees, or 90 degrees.

We have used Neighbors to replace all of our windows via the energy audit and most recently a back door mishap. They always provide a great customer experience from the initial point of contact thru to the installation and follow up there after. Highly recommend! The whole team is fast, courteous, professional and easy to work with. I had my broken window repaired to like-new with literally 1/5 the cost and in 1/4 the time quoted for a replacement from the other guys. Quality work at a fair price and an opportunity to support a LOCAL small business!

I had two egress windows installed by Neighbors Window and Doors. They arranged a contractor to dig the holes and cut into the foundation. Then, Neighbors installed the windows. It was a big job and was knocked out in a few days. The job was clean, all my questions were answered and I have two new windows! I’d happily work with neighbors again. They were very upfront with everything.

EXCELLENT from start to finish. This company was recommended by friends, including ones who work in construction. We had many fogging 30-year old windows that needed replacement. The appraiser was timely, careful, answered all my questions, didn't recommend unnecessary work (for instance upgrading to triple pane or replacing entire windows rather than just the glass units). The team to finalize measurements was the same one that showed up on the scheduled day to do the replacements. Everyone on the team was careful, took their shoes off without being asked, and cleanliness was clearly a priority

We selected Neighbors Windows and Doors to install our remodeled bathroom shower door. Their professionalism was superb, and the whole process was very smooth and easy. The staff in their showroom was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Bruce the installer, was very helpful and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product. When I told my tile contractor who was doing the shower door, he said they are the best in town. Their quality is much better than the other companies and you're getting a much better product. I would recommend to everyone

I had to replace a sliding glass door. The process was a pleasure from the start with Neighbors. Their on-line estimating procedure was the best I found as I searched around for a replacement supplier. The follow up measurement and final installation visits were prompt and professional. I was able to select a specific time for my appointment. I was contacted on time and the staff were in and done in no time at all.
