Family owned and operated since 1985, owner Mark Allegrezza has been installing, repairing, and servicing garage doors in Anchorage for 42 years. We service residential and commercial garage doors in not only Anchorage, Alaska, but also the surrounding communities. In addition to selling and installing new garage doors from Cloplay and Wayne Dalton, we also sell and install new operators from Genie and LiftMaster. Some of our other services include: replacement of broken springs, cables, rollers, and operators. All of our work is guaranteed! We selected Allegrezza Door Co. because of good reviews from other customers, but now we understand why they got those reviews. They were very easy to work with, helping us diagnose the problem remotely with cell phone pictures and helping us schedule the appointment at the best time for us. The repair itself as quick but very through with our repairman taking time to point things out to us that would help avoid other problems in the future. We definitely will be doing business with Algreezza in the future.

What a great, fast, professional business!! My new garage doors were set up, area cleaned up, openers with interface to internet accomplished and all with really pleasant folks who are long term trusted employees. Started whole process last week, had panels delivered, had them painted, called them back Friday to say it was ready to hang. They arrived on time this Am and had it completed and were gone in 4 hours!! Wow!

I called Allegrezza Door to get a broken garage door spring replaced. They were able to come out today within two hours, and the service was EXCELLENT! :-)
In addition, he noticed that our other door needed some TLC and solved two other issues giving it a tune up. Great customer service...
I was more floored when I got a bill that was way under what I expected to pay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent service and workmanship. My garage door was broken and damaged so it could no longer secure my valuables or retain any heat within the garage. I highly recommend Allegrezza Door Co. They came out to give me an estimate on what I wanted. I wasn't sure if it was possible, since my house was built in the 70's. These guys are miracle workers!! We have been having problems with our garage door. We called another company who was too busy and referred us to their "sister company". Well, that guy came, fiddled around for a few minutes, said it was fixed and charged us for the repair. Later, it was again not working. When I called back to let him know it still wasn't working, he said "it was working when I was there". Not sure how these guys earned a 5 star rating. They said they'd be out to fix a broken garage door on Tuesday. I waited all day. I even called in the early afternoon to ask if they were still coming and the woman on the phone said that they were a little behind with another project but were still going to come. They did not. I called this morning, Wednesday, someone called me back and said they'd come by this morning. I called on them when I was selling my house and needed my garage door serviced for an inspection item that popped up.

The person who answered the phone was very helpful and took my information.

A "door guy" named Andy was sent over later that same day and fixed the roller on my garage door that had somehow found its way out of position. Without even asking him, he lubed up all of the hinges, brackets, rollers and spring to give my door new life with less squeak! It brought a whole new meaning to the words "silent treatment".
