Schedule your initial consultation - in the one hour meeting, we will talk about your ideas for your project, discuss what is needed to proceed (surveys, plans, specification development, estimates of cost with possible options, financing questions, schedules and time frames). Develop plans for you project - This is the part where you get to make decisions on layout, product selection.
Many people have no idea what a wide variety of potential costs are involved within a particular remodeling project. Therefore you may need help on how to estimate a budget for singular or longer-term "phased" home improvement projects. Phased Home Improvement helps you prioritize home improvements within realistic budgetary goals.
Similarly to the question "What does a bag of groceries cost?" this is a very difficult question to answer. It depends on what is in the shopping bag - bread and butter or steak and lobster? TZ of Madison turned our outdated, dysfunctional master bathroom into the bathroom of our dreams. Larry did a great job walking us through the remodel process so we knew what to expect upfront. When the initial quote came in higher than expected, he helped us work with the subcontractors to get the costs to a more reasonable amount and stayed on budget through the remodel process. As with any remodel, there are always hick-ups along the way, but Larry always responded quickly to any of our concerns and had them fixed to our satisfaction.
