I was extremely disappointed in the service that I received from Chattanooga Cabinets & Floors. We originally had several quotes but decided to go with the higher CC&F quote since they had provided the cabinets to the previous home owner, and we wanted to ensure that the style, color and finish would match since we were not doing a complete remodel. They came when they said they would initially, but then things began to fall apart. Painter would blame the carpenter, carpenter would blame Tom or painter, who would blame the cabinet maker, carpenter or painter. They originally started at the end

My experience with Tom Sucher at Chattanooga Cabinets has been truly horrible. I am a designer and work with many types of builders and craftsman. In this crazy time, all have to be patient and understanding with lead times. I engaged Tom for a small, single trash cabinet for a client in downtown Chattanooga. Because it was such a small project, I was so thankful that he was willing to take it on and didn't even question his extremely high price. Recommendations for our kitchen 4.5 stars - Tom was able to share from his experience and recommended painting rather than re- finish. we were very happy with that recommendation. He also recommended putting in drawers in places we originally had cabinets. That recommendation was life changing. He recommended internal hardware to replace external hardware, and we were very happy with that choice. He recommended white cabinets and then a different color island. We certainly like the idea, but the color we chose for the island didn't stand out in our kitchen as we had hoped. he also recommended placing

We had a great experience with Chattanooga Cabinets. We found out at the Home Show in March that they refaced cabinets and that is what we went with. I wanted red cabinets and that is what I got! We now have soft close deep drawers where before we had hard-to-reach shelves. They also refinished our kitchen floor. We are very happy with our cabinets that have a completely new look.
