I came to metro wardrobes with a specific idea as I wanted to make the most of the small space in my new flat. Palak was really responsive to what I wanted and advised on usability etc and I'm really glad I took her advice as the wardrobe looks amazing like it was always meant to be there. The team who came to measure install etc were super lovely and efficient, the whole thing was put up in less than a day. Great service and product with reasonable price, definitely 100% recommend over the "big" brands. Thank you!

I used Metro to do a full length wall of wardrobes that concluded in a shallower study area adjacent to the window. The design visit was excellent with lots of useful ideas coming from the clearly experienced designer. They sent me graphic mock-ups as we discussed the details which helped me feel comfortable about going ahead with such a big piece of work. The team of three that came to do the actual fitting over a two day period were also excellent, laying down sheeting (and tidying up meticulously afterwards), and consulting me about one of two minor design change options. Great experience! From the moment Thomas stepped foot in the rooms, it was very clear he was much more experienced, detail-orientated and customer-focused than any other wardrobe company we engaged with (and much cheaper than going with a carpenter). I was thrilled with the designs, which included a desk and some shelves. Turnaround was relatively quick, and now that they have been fitted, I'm also impressed with the quality of materials. Sandeep and the other fitters were nice and courteous too.

Metro Wardrobes are FANTASTIC!!!! Not only were they the best quote including all of the big names, they were the only supplier that could fully create our design exactly as per the specs and size we wanted.
We had a long term renovation project and despite fully changing the design over a year later, their designers Ranto and Martina were fantastic!!! Swift, speedy, accurate, listened really well and incredibly detailed.
The company fitter then did a BRILLIANT job. Clean, tidy, efficient and such pride in their work. They had no issues with fitting our own bespoke handles either at no extra

When I got a quote and the time frame from metro wardrobes, I thought it was too good to be true. Not only was the price the most competitive between sharps and sliderobes, they could install 12 weeks earlier than these other competitors. The design team were very helpful and accessible during the whole process. I was convinced what was promised would not be delivered upon. However I am very impressed with the final result. Although there were some minor hiccups and installation took place over 5 days instead of 2-3, it was done professionally and to a high standard. Would highly recommend metro

I'm delighted with my new sliding wardrobes. They were able to fit them more quickly than Hammonds or Sharps and at a slightly lower price. Not a national chain - everything designed, arranged, and produced on one site in Wembley.
I was able to visit the showroom/factory and see and handle decent sized samples of all the materials. The office staff were really helpful and also gave some good advice (the bad reviews below seem to be from customers who have asked for something impossible and ignored what the professionals have said). They didn't do a 'hard sell' at all, which was very welcome.

Zero star - they only cared for charging me!
I have had a very bad experience using this company, and I wish I had gone with the other company that I considered. The work is still incomplete, 2.5 months down the line! It is completely unacceptable, I paid a good amount of money for a fitted (bespoke) wardrobe.
While it all started well, the service turned rubbish as soon as I had paid the deposit (50%). The works started later than scheduled and took longer to complete. The company was VERY quick to charge me, for instance, as soon as the work completed on the last day, they called and rudely

Just amazing! Excellent service from start to finish, top-class materials and much cheaper than others. I was just about to place my order with Sharp Wadrobes but the designer was driving and couldn't take deposit on that time and I decided to do my last online search...lucky me! £700 cheaper, 4 weeks quicker and plenty more options added than original project plus very professional Installation without a bit of dust!
