At the risk of sounding cliché: if you’re searching for a top-notch, quality builder, look no further. Word of mouth in the building community and from other happy homeowners were unanimous in persuading us to choose Sundberg Quality Homes to build our custom home. We met with Tige and Traci over a year ago with only jumbled visions in our heads, and through texts and emails we sketched a very basic idea of the layout we desired, with all the requisite “top ten” must haves, the absolutely-nots, and the very few things we had no opinion about. I just recently helped the Sundbergs sell a beautiful home that they built in the Palmer area. Their level of quality, attention to detail and genuine concern for their finished product was refreshing in a world that wants everything done quickly, often in spite of quality. They build an excellent product, are willing to work with their buyers as people rather than transactions, and were levelheaded during the ups and downs of a typical real estate transaction. I will definitely be referring them to people looking for a custom home in the future!!!
