When the lot topography or our client needs dictate a custom build, we have the drafting skills to accomodate. This custom home was designed to take full advantage of the clients' inlet bluff lot.
The Sumners truly brought life to our dream home! From beginning to end, these builders were completely responsive to us. We took one of their spec homes and changed it to meet the needs of our family. Max provided many great suggestions, working closely with us as our floor plan took shape. Both he and Jesse were great at communicating throughout the building process and as we had questions arise were quick to respond.
