Lamb Excavating installs a slider egress window and metal egress well in the basement of an Indianapolis home. According to the International Building Code basements and sleeping quarters below the fourth story shall have at least one exterior emergency escape and rescue opening. Bars, grilles and grates over windows must be operational without tools or keys and still allow the minimum clear opening.

If his spade blade was sharpened a little....I believe Lamb could shave you from 16'!! Lol He's a true earth moving artist, from start to completion! They are worth their weight in gold when it comes to pricing. I hate it when it comes to ugly surprises with other contractors! Not with Lamb. Precision excavating and knowing where all the underground utilities are makes a big difference in time of installation and takes away all the headaches and hassles that come with the hourly guy or a guesstimating type contractor. This past spring, we found ourselves in a predicament when the electricity to our detached garage shorted out from the heavy rains we received. We were referred to Lamb contracting by a friend and we couldn't be more happy that we used them to trench our backyard and re run electricity. We live in downtown Indy, and our backyard is pretty small. The only access to it is via pedestrian gate. Throw in an existing wooden deck on the back of our house, and it was a bit of a tricky setup from the house to the garage.
