Services
Septic tank systems are an important, (and generally) unseen priority for all who use them. In recent times, we're also aware of how septic services directly affect the environment locally and even on a grand scale. Though you may not be linked to a sewer system and all the convenience and efficiencies that apply, you need the same services that allow for the comfort and sanitation of people who live and visit your home and business.
In order to remove a buildup of solid waste, or sludge, you must pump out a septic tank to remove that which accumulates at the tank bottom. This includes grease that tends to manifest as scum which floats at the top. Both this sludge and grease can utterly contaminate the leaching field where, ordinarily, well-treated waste water is normally deposited.
You pump out your septic tank to get rid of the solid sludge that accumulates at the bottom of the tank and the grease that accumulates as scum floating near the top. Both sludge and grease can foul the leaching field. How often to pump out depends on your tank size, family size, and how much of your wastewater is solid waste.
If you're like homeowners, you don't spend a great deal of time thinking about your septic system. As long as it's working why would you? With minimal preventative maintenance, however, you can save yourself a lot of headache in the future. Contamination of groundwater- When your septic system fails, the untreated contaminants can reach groundwater creating a number of health related issues.
The Terralift system utilizes a long yet narrow probe assembly with a pneumatic hammer that enables the penetration of earth to depths of 3 to 6 feet while being minimally invasive. This device delivers measured bursts of air into the earth using a high pressure compressor that creates a series of fissures, or cracks, that cause a break-up of the bio layers.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
Several months ago, I tried to get them to come out to clean the septic tank at my house. I literally emailed them twice, called and left three voicemails, but yet no return phone call or response. They obviously don't have good communication skills or seemingly care about customers. Avoid at all cost!

Great people to deal with. Not sure why they got any negative reviews, my dealings with them were all positive. Returned my call after leaving a message with them, and they arrived the next business day when they said they would, and charged exactly what they quoted ($220 to pump out my standard 1000 gallon septic tank). Would definitely recommend, and use again.

If other septic companies aren’t paying attention to level of 1st class service Max Haas Septic is providing, they’re going to get left in dust. My wife and I had a septic issue and they had someone out to service it SAME DAY. They first sent out a technician (Chris) to locate and unearth the septic access who couldn’t have been a nicer guy and incredibly knowledgeable. Afterwards, the honey dipper came and emptied our tank. The operator of the truck (David) was super friendly and was in and out quickly and efficiently. A big thanks to Max Haas for they’re prompt professional service.
