This is a continuation of my review of 12/4/2019. Caution: Out of the Gutter will badmouth their customers if they leave a negative review.
This is what Out of the Gutter wrote about me: "3 visits and hundreds of dollars lost trying to accommodate an entirely unreasonable customer. You mention 'abandoning the job': Your home has over 250 feet of gutter and 12 downspouts. You refused to follow our advice on replacing two downspouts, which we discovered was the only possible way to solve your issue...."
I do have over 200 feet of rain gutters but I only have five downspouts

Worst customer service ever. They did my gutters 2 years ago. I called them back in January and had them give me an estimate for replacing a bee section due to a covered patio being installed. They quoted me a reasonable price and said they would have it done in 2 weeks.
I called and texted them multiple times abs never received a call back. Also, their address listed is an abandoned commercial building.
Stay away from them!

I have been trying to reach this company for SEVERAL WEEKS now to come out for service to our gutters, they originally installed last year. I have called and texted several times with 1 call back (weeks ago) saying they would make our house a priority. Waited patiently. Still no calls or appts. This company has literally the worst customer service, not sure how they are still in biz since they don't even call you back. I will be forced to look elsewhere...

Run, do not walk away from this company! They put in some roof drains around 3 years ago and it looked good at the time. After they finished their work, when it rained, water poured through the ceiling. After some effort, they finally sent someone out that "repaired" the previous work that had been done.
A year or so later, with this last rain, there is water coming through our ceiling again in exactly the same place.
I called them 3 weeks ago to tell them what was happening. Several times they promised they would call me back and never did. He said they were really busy

Just had my gutters put on my house in Costa Mesa and worked with Edmundo to get a great quiet way back when. Then he was kind enough to call me back several months later to follow up and we lock the deal in.
The guys that installed the gutters were Danny and Brian. They went over and above to do a great job and a little extra pieces to make sure when it rains the water is diverted to just the right areas. They also listened to everything we wanted in design. I loved their work so much that I gave them both a great tip.
Ask for Danny and Brian to do your gutters.

Out Of The Gutter took three days to return my phone call. They eventually called at 7 am (uggh) and set up an appointment for the following day and nobody showed up or called to say they weren't showing. They called me two days later and day apologizing for missing their appointment and asked to set up another appointment in which nobody showed.
I really have no idea how a company like this stays in business!!

Christopher's follow-up here is just more BS from Out Of The Gutter. I have made numerous calls, left voice messages to have someone please call me back to discuss what needs to be fixed, but no one ever does. They've obviously flagged my name and phone number because they really don't want to talk to me; they're avoiding me.

Don't request a quote through Yelp from them. I took multiple pictures, provided my address, phone, scope of work, and they sent back a generic response to call them. Really shouldn't enable the message feature if you only respond to people calling...your number is there, didn't need it again.

Garrett came out to give me an estimate on a small job. He noticed that some of my gutters were not installed properly and that the issues I experienced were attributed to the installation not the gutter itself. Within minutes, he fixed the problems and didn't charge me. You don't see that customer service anymore.
I still have some gutter repairs and will be calling Garrett soon.

This company was highly recommended but things went bad. Wasn't an easy experience and management would not return calls or inspect work as requested. Nails left all over the place. After my complaints the owner contacted me and met my wife and I making us change our opinion about the company. In the end we are very satisfied with Out Of The Gutter as they took the time and fixed the problem so it got fixed and will never happen to anyone else again.

Terrible service. They messed up the original gutter installation big time. We had to point out obvious problems in many places. They also broke an existing skylight, then replaced it without attaching it properly, so it blew off in the wind!
They didn't finish the work, and it's been impossible to get them to come back.
They keep promising to show up, but they have missed several appointments without calling to notify us. They ignore our voicemails.
I called once from a different number, and then they picked up!

Great company to work with all around. Thanks to Jerry for coming out and showing us so many options. Am thrilled with the quality and workmanship our installers, Mike and Danny, brought to our home. The gutters match the roof beautifully and Mike had excellent suggestions re how to best configure the gutters and downspouts. He was correct. The gutters have improved the curb appeal. I requested an appointment for an estimate for gutter installation. He came out on Thursday November 8th and I told him I wanted to move forward with installation. He said someone would call me to schedule installation within 1-2 days. Nobody called and I emailed several times to follow up. Passed from one person to the next until now nobody replies (4 weeks later). Apparently they are busy and don't need my business. Either way that's not a professional way to handle customers. I would stay away from this company if you are actually looking to have gutters installed!

Our office hired Out Of The Gutter to clean the gutters at our 6 unit apartment complex as well as install gutter screens to help prevent future debris build up. Chris helped schedule the inspection and provided us with a free quote before scheduling the service.
The cleaning/installation team came out and did a fantastic job. They did a great clean up job on all the gutters as well and left the property as clean as before, if not cleaner! I would definitely recommend Out Of The Gutter if you are in need of this service. Thanks for everything Chris!
