Answered the phone when a lot of others did not. Mark was fast and professional! He came out on a Sunday to take measurements and installed the glass by Tuesday. I highly recommend MBR Glassworks and will use them again next time needed!

Mark came out to our business after it was burglarized. He took a look at our smashed window that was inside a door frame. Unfortunately, the window alone couldn't be replaced after he looked at it but he was nice enough to clean up some extra glass from around the door frame at our request for safety, not charging anything. We will be using MBR Glassworks again when needed.

Easy fix, easy job. Gave me a quick $100 quote.

Called him on Wednesday, said I have tenants moving in on Friday. The house is vacant, you may go anytime that works for you. Two days to do an easy fix.

Is this company even legit? Scheduled an appointment to have glass repaired and no one showed up. I called the number and someone answered and immediately hung up and after that I could not get anyone to answer or call me back. The voice mail message was the company's so I wasn't calling the wrong number. What is up? I found this company online and the web site looks legit and some even scheduled me an appointment for me but after the missed appointment, I cannot even get any communication. What a waste of time and effort. Cost me money as I took time off to be there.
