In May of 2015 Craig asked Julie Lawson to become a partner to bring the company to the next level in customer service across the board. Employees were polite and efficient both on the job and in the office. Showed up on time, completed service when they said they would and followed up with us to make sure the job was to our satisfaction. Worked with us with our budget and came in right where we needed it to be.

Very satisfied with the plan for the system and the installation appears to be top notch. Steve Wright, the salesman listened to every question we had and provided clear answers without any pressure whatsoever and it was an easy decision as the rebate appears to be $6250 which was a great incentive to have 5 units connected to our propane fhw… heating system. The installation crew was professional, well trained and cleaned up very nicely. I would highly recommend this firm at this point. Being able to control the system from my phone is just great.

This company is impressive and amazing. I use them at work (hotel) and for my house. They installed a split in my house within 1 month this year, these are the days when everything takes forever but not with them. They even set up the financing and took care of everything for us. All we had to do was walk into the bank. They are super honest, straight forward and professional. I highly recommend them! 👌

I hired them to perform my annual fireplace and A/C maintenance. The were very responsive and communicative in setting the appointment. Patrick was extremely professional and competent. He was polite and efficient. I was very impressed by his friendly demeanor and knowledge. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why it was needed and answered all my questions.
