Owner Dave Nelson moved to the Cape from central Massachusetts in 1993. Experienced in working with air conditioners and oil burners since the early 1980's, he went into business in 1996. Married for over 30 years, Dave has two grown daughters as well as a granddaughter and two grandsons. When he's not running his business, Dave enjoys fishing the waters of Cape Cod.
These units have become increasingly popular because they allow you to heat, cool, and dehumidify from one location rather than having to install units all over the house or building. This means we don't have to tear up your floor to cut multiple holes while installing, but instead can cut one 3-inch hole.

Dave came out to my house today - Friday 3/20 at 2pm due to an urgent call from me in regards to my furnace not working properly. I thought I was going to have to wait till Monday, but no he is an angel. He understood my concern and had the switch replaced within 15 minutes. In light of the current health crisis, he came in through my garage and went out of my garage to keep himself and us with the best social distancing. I recommend this team wholeheartedly and give them an A+ rating!
