We live in Reno NV and have used a locksmith about 5 or 6 times in the past. I wish I had known about AnyTime Locksmith. They are the best locksmith I've ever used and we highly recommend them to everyone. We had a mini emergency, I called a few others before AnyTime and no one was available. When I explained our situation to Charlie, Anytime came right out, they were extremely helpful and very nice and went above and beyond what we expected. I won't ever use another locksmith again!

Charlie came out to our place at around 10 at night. Here we are, feeling dumb for locking ourselves out of the condo, and Charlie was very friendly and very good at his job, took about 5 mins and done. Definitely recommend Charlie at Anytime Locksmith!

If anyone deserves a raise, a promotion, and a paid vacation, it's Charlie. Charlie was on time, professional, and went above and beyond with the service he provided to us. THANK You!! So much shae'. As promised you gave us a price that beat everyone in Reno by hundreds of dollars. On top of that no one would even come to make a key for an older car because it takes "extra work" and rare equipment.
I feel very lucky to a found you especially considering AAA is the one that referred us to locksmiths here in Reno and no offense to AAA, but everyone that they referred us to was not only rude and brash, they act like they're doing you a favor when you're paying them hundreds of dollars for a service to their company.

I locked my keys in my car at a gas station in the middle of the night. I looked online for local businesses offering assistance with vehicle lockouts, and the number of good reviews for Locksmith Anytime caught my eye. I called and the man I spoke with was very friendly. The price was inflated because of it being almost 3:00 AM, but I couldn't leave my car parked at the gas pump all night and everywhere else would have been more expensive than this. Shay was awesome! Hey came out to cut and program a key for my daughter that lost the guta to her key play with my grandson at the park. The locksith we had contacted to meet us there cancelled on us. Shay showed up super fast and got the first key made in about 20 mins. Very reasonably priced and a wonderfull person. While on a project in Reno I required our exterior doors locks changed out so I called Anytime Locksmith. They answered my call and was able to get service in a few hours. Shay from Anytime showed up, we went over what I wanted done.
Shay took care of all of my issues even having to drill out one lock I didn't have the key for. Price was less than expected as well as how long it took him.
