The owner lacks professionalism and work ethic. Word of advice; make sure that the rekeys work before he leaves. He should have replaced the lock that was insufficient but instead he rekeyed it and charged me for something he knew wasn’t going to work. I’m not sure if he was taking advantage of me being a woman or if he was in a hurry, but it took my husband to somewhat figure out what really happened and that’s when he talked to him about his work ethic. After that conversation, he changed the insufficient lock.

Had an incredible experience replacing a key for my newer car. At the dealer they wanted an incredible amount of money and time, whereas here it was as simple as a phone call, arrange an appointment and 20 minutes later I had a new key. Very fast, professional and personable and I would highly recommend. Much lower cost than the dealer. Highly trusted and I will be recommending to friends and family.
