Appointment provided from reception for 12:00 pm-2 pm and changed by them between 14:00pm to 16:00 PM but technician reached at 4:50 pm for thankless water heater gas leakage during working water heater. Technician don't have a proper gas tester for testing gas leakage and not aware about the equipment during service call with Rinnai service support, and Rinnai technical support requested to represent a technician familiar with the job,, and job postponed for another day by the technician. Next day morning during conversation concerned front office requires payment $237 for previous day job even

They were able to diagnose the problem. Since my water heater was only 5 months old, they removed it, followed me to home depot, exchanged for new water heater and installed it. They were very professional and did a fine job.

I suspected a natural gas leak in my garage. I called this company and they sent techs out Monday morning. When the guys got there they inspected my water heater and dryer. They found that the exhaust pipe on the water heater had a leak causing the odor. He applied some aluminum tape and that fixed the problem. They told me they still had to charge me $175 even though I didn’t have a leak. All of 15 minutes they were here and a piece of tape was $175. Won’t be back

I had a hot water heater that was defective. The manufacturer recommended this company. The company had to be prodded repeatedly to get a response from them. After another email and nearly two weeks I finally heard back from Beth. Her email failed to attach the estimate and the estimate was elementary in nature, did not itemize and failed to include things like fittings.
There are other choices of plumbers available.
There are better choices of plumbers available, more reliable, more respectable, more responsive, more accurate, more quality.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I had a broken water heater that they sent a wonderful technician out to try and repair. After finding out that they needed to order a part they told me they would come back and fix it in 2 days when the part comes in. After 2 days has passed I was told the part will come in another 4 more days. After waiting a week the part came back faulty and unusable. After almost a week and a half with 2 young children and no hot water we decided to just go purchase a whole new water heater for $500.00 We had it installed and it was fixed within 2 hours. This

My water heater upper element broke and it was still under warranty, which is serviced by ServiceMaster. I called on a Monday morning, their staff was very responsive, polite, and helpful. They came to my house within a day, and were on time. The repair tech Jesus was awesome, he spent over an hour on the phone with the company on hold to make sure I got the part I needed approved. He was extremely patient and very nice, I was impressed. Once approved by the manufacturer it was a quick element replacement, and everything works great. I highly recommend them.

Stay away from this company. Non of their technician have enough experience or knowledge to fix anything the right way. They have been my home many times to fix the water tank and they can’t. Technician can’t even see what has been done in past with water tank in their system. I called their office and ask the lady why the technician can’t see the history of work. She was very unprofessional and rude and told me to call another plumbing company and hang up the phone on me.

The technician removed the air tube for water heater, thinking that was the issue for the new water heater unit not to work, after removing it. he checked it he said my bad that was not the problem, it’s something else inside the water heater and he mentioned that he will put back next time he will come to install the part we ordered, but he never put it back.
and I can not pay someone else to do it while it’s their technician’s responsibility to finish his job .
