I was very pleased with the service provided by Christian V. He was available a day earlier than a technician was promised. He arrived promptly, was friendly, and installed a new garbage disposal in a very competent way. I would use Maitland Winter Park Plumbing again as I have used them in the past.

This company fixed my leaking toilet less than a year ago. Toilet started leaking again. Under the terms and conditions they sent me it states:
“Company warrants all work to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period of up to one (1) year from completion unless otherwise stated in writing on the face hereof.”
I called them and expressed to them the situation. The manager of the business refused to honor their warranty policy.
I would recommend going with another company.

I work on several properties as a manager. Finding any contractor that is reliable, decently priced, flexible and prompt is a near impossibility. Maitland Winter Park Plumbing is the only company that I call for any plumbing issue. Today, for example, we had three calls on three different properties. All of the issues were handled quickly and effectively. More than just being the only plumbers, I call they are also the only plumbing company I would recommend.

I moved to an older house and needed a detailed inspection, was recommended by a neighbor and their service was very impressive. It was a nice surprise to see the professionalism and organization of Maitland plumbing, from the staff at their physical store, to the dispatcher Ms. Glenda's professionalism, down to the knowledge of their technician Christian. They are very efficient, to the point and gave me honest advice on what to worry about versus what to delay.
