So sad to see that this company has such poor manners. The "manager" who I soon found out was the owner, would not take 5 minutes to discuss something on the phone with me. I was told they were "too busy and have too much business" to help me or to even talk to me to help find a solution to my issue, even though it would not benefit him. If you're looking at using them for your flooring project, rethink it. Since they're so busy, I'm sure they wouldn't mind sharing business with other neighboring companies. Lack of manners and poor phone skills gets 5 stars though. They're good in that department

I went around to a couple of carpet places, but none of sales people treated me well until I came to Carpet City! I was treated with respect and kindness. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase! I would absolutely buy from them again and again! Thank you Carpet City for your professionalism and for my beautiful carpet!

We had Basam come and quote our downstairs wood flooring and upstairs carpet and he gave us a very fair price. He then scheduled two separate days for the flooring installation. Both sets of workers showed up on time, finished on time and did excellent work. We would not hesitate to use Carpet City again!
