Hot Tub Guy Service Center has been renovating and repairing pools and spas for twenty-seven years. We have grown from simple repairs to a full-service pool and spa based company. We offer a selection of previously enjoyed tubs that are renovated by us. Each tub has a certain set of criteria that must be met to be eligible for renovation and sale.
All tubs come with a cover and starter chemicals; chemicals can also be purchased cash and carry or the full install can be provided. We have tried to keep our products made locally and our pool liners and safety covers are no exception. Had a control Panel go out in my 10 yr old spa purchased at Fox Pools. Called Bill the hot tub guy and he trouble shot the problem over the phone and lead me in the right direction for replacement parts. he then installed the board and got me back up and running. Great to know him and glad he takes pride in his business.

I was getting error codes of pumps not sinking and heater pump dry after a bad wind storms blew off my cover .I tried other a few other places that wouldn’t call me back. I got a call within an hour and i was walked thru a few things to troubleshoot myself which worked. If i even need any major work i will call them first.

They refused to come to my home for a service call from my hot tub warranty company. They claimed the reason why was because the last technician the company sent to my home was trouble and not licensed or insured. Maybe that is the reason why the company was getting another technician? Because they obviously had issues with the last guy. This is not how reputable companies do business. They basically said we have the knowledge to fix your issue correctly and fix the thousands and thousands of dollars investment you made. But we wont do it because we dont like our competitors. What kind of business

The Hot Tub Guy is totally awesome. I felt very comfortable buying a hot tub from this company. They are experts in selling and servicing hot tubs. Their service is superb. They are great communicators and educators about the tubs they sell and the problems we have had with past tubs, incredibly efficient with their service - installing and maintenance and always make me feel I am important to them. They are the go to place in area. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
