Love my hot tub from Van Dorn Pools. This is my first hot tub, and since we cancelled our vacation to Europe due to Covid, my husband and I decided to purchase a hot tub treat for our back yard. Mara at Van Dorn Pools, was wonderful. She took the time to go over all the details of owning a spa and why it is very important to get one from a reputable dealer. She also saved us money on the pad we needed for our spa. Mara advised us to use pea gravel and order a spa pad from Amazon and it saved us hundreds of dollars. So no concrete slab and extra expense. Plus the spa pad matches the color of our

Just took delivery of my new Jaccuzzi spa. Everything involved in this purchase from Van Dorn Pools and Spas in Reisterstown, MD was superb. Mara at the store was very good to deal with. Answered all of our questions and sold us a new spa. My old Jaccuzzi died after 30 years!! I was especially pleased with their delivery and removal of my old spa. Their delivery guys were GREAT.

Just wanted to let you know how happy we were with the installation crew for our new pool.
They definitely get a 5 star rating.
From top to bottom the entire process from removing existing pool, removing stones etc. and installation of new pool was fantastic.
We have had some bad experiences dealing with other pool companies in the past and so glad we decided to go with Van Dorn Pools and will definitely recommend to everyone.

The staff at Van Dorn was extremely helpful. We just purchased a home with an above ground pool and the previous owner highly recommended them. Had many questions about filter, vacuum and chlorine. They were all answered professionally. We will be purchasing a new filter and vacuum next season and will buy it from Van Dorn.

I've been a customer of Van Dorn pools in Reisterstown, Marryland for 10 years. We bought our pool there and all of our chemicals. Their service is excellent and my questions were always answered in a professional manner. I'll continue to use them because they treat us so nice. Mara gets 4 aces from me.
