Jeff is incredibly talented, honest, detail oriented and affordable. I purchased a used hot tub from Facebook marketplace. The tub looked great online but when Jeff got to my house to help set it up he took the time to point out and explain all of the issues behind the walls. He tested and analyzed the tub and offered up a solution to fix the unit.
The hot tub is now like new and we are loving it! I couldn’t recommend Jeff more and I will reach out to him again if I ever need help in the future.

If it wasn’t for Jeff our spa days would be over. I would highly recommend Jeff for any problems you have with your hot tub. He was amazing to watch as he pulled and yanked old wires replacing them within minutes, besides retrofitting an entirely new Balboa System in an hours time. He is truly the Spa Doctor. He is beyond experienced and knowledgeable. He is one of the true craftsman out there.

I have reached out to Jeff to help when encountering issues with our aging hot tub on multiple occasions. Each time he has been a pleasure to work with and explained the issue(s) and our options completely. During the latest episode he was able to repair an issue we had caused and took the time to explain why we were in the position we were and what to do to prevent it. This kept our old tub alive for a little while longer. I have certainly saved money (but also learned a great deal about hot tubs) by contacting Jeff with our hot tub needs!
