We bought our first hot tub from Burch's back in 2001. Everything went smoothly with delivery and setup. Pat even was able to back it up an embankment where we wanted it placed. The tub is still working today. Anytime I needed a part or advice on how to troubleshoot and fix it, he was always available and willing to guide me through it, even just yesterday! When we need a new jacuzzi, it will be bought from Patrick Burch.

Pat is great guy and helped me as soon as he could make time for me. He offered me a great deal to fix my spa but I wanted to save myself the money and try it myself. He sold me the parts I needed, gave me great instructions and even got me started. I’m sure it took me a couple hours more than it would’ve taken Pat, but it’s fixed! Very grateful for Burch’s Spas and Pat.

I have to say a "Big thank you to Burch's Spas & Hot Tubs" . Although it was not my intention, Pat basically walked me through my entire hot tub repair just before a deep freeze. This was all done with no benefit to him. It's a rarity to find people of this Caliber, that are willing to help out because its the right thing to do. I would not hesitate to recommend Pat to all my family and friends for their spa needs. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Burch's Spas for sales or service. We purchased a Spa in 2003 from Burch's Spas and have been customers since that time. As a first time buyer, I was concerned about purchasing from a small business that I had no prior experience with. When we met with Pat, he explained the models he had in detail. He helped us select one that fit our needs and he offered it for a reasonable price. I shopped 3 other Spa Dealers at that time, each with large showroom floors and high pressure sales people. We bought a hot tub from Burch's Spas way back in 1999 and the spa has served us well all these years. I have only had a handful of normal service issues in all this time and each time I call Pat, he either promptly takes care of it himself or if he can he walks me through a solution on the phone. If you are looking for a good spa at a decent price, I highly recommend Burch's Spas.

I talked with Patrick Burch at Burch's about getting a hot tub that my insurance company is paying for. He provided me with good information about the tub I wanted and why one would work better for my needs over another. He agreed to deal with the home care division of the insurance company and said no problem when I told him the money would come from them to him. My insurance guy placed the order on Dec 17 for the tub. He tried to get in touch with Patrick after the holidays to check on things and finally on Jan 7 was able to contact them and Patrick told him HE HAD NOT PLACED THE ORDER
